Ho acquistato un porta documenti e richiesto un incisione che la titolare mi ha assicurato sarebbe stata fatta da un artigiano specializzato. Al momento del ritiro del prodotto mi è stato comunicato che invece il lavoro era stato fatto dalla titolare stessa e il risultato era scadente.
Unfortunately, despite the quality of the purchased product, I cannot say that my experience with this shop has been positive. I bought a document holder and requested an engraving which the owner assured me would be done by a skilled craftsman. At the time of the withdrawal of the product I was informed that instead the work had been done by the owner herself and the result was poor.
