K	Kriterius (KRITERIUS) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto incastonato nella roccia, da visitare assolutamente. Sul "cocuzzolo" un inaspettato bar molto curato, ed un bed&brekfast. Visitatelo ne vale la pena. Place set in the rock, to visit absolutely. On the "summit" an unexpected well-kept bar, and a bed & brekfast. Visit it it's worth it.

Davvero carino ed accogliente il piccolo bar di fronte alla chiesa, gestito dalla simpatica signora Rosina. Really impressive, it certainly deserves a more in-depth visit than the one made quickly today. The small bar in front of the church, run by the nice lady Rosina, is really nice and welcoming.

È necessario un intervento urgente, altrimenti è destinato a scomparire. A truly beautiful and evocative place, however, as I feared, the part that can be visited is really minimal compared to what is there. Urgent action is needed, otherwise it is doomed to disappear.

Teodoro dove, secoli prima, i Longobardi fondarono la loro imprendibile fortezza. Il borgo presenta ancora stradine ripide, resti di porte, torri e fortificazioni tipiche dell'impianto medievale. Oltre ai ruderi del castello, restano sul fianco del colle, a riprova dell'antichità del borgo, tutta una serie di grotte naturali utilizzate nel periodo bizantino dai monaci e più tardi adibite ad abitazioni civili. Laino Castello Vecchio is what today remains of the ancient inhabited center located on the S. Teodoro hill where, centuries earlier, the Lombards founded their impregnable fortress. The village still has steep streets, remains of doors, towers and fortifications typical of the medieval system. In addition to the ruins of the castle, a series of natural caves used in the Byzantine period by the monks and later used as civil dwellings remain on the side of the hill, proof of the antiquity of the village.

Un solo baretto aperto e null'altro salvo una vista bellissima sul famoso viadotto Italia e sulla valle del fiume Lao. Per il resto del castello resta un rudere e la chiesa x adesso "sconsacrata" e in attesa della ristrutturazione..tappa non particolarmente consigliata x il borgo in se ma forse solo per il panorama. Potrebbe essere carino da visitare nel periodo natalizio per la realizzazione del presepe ma non credo che ci tornerei Visited on Easter Monday and it was really desolate. Only one open bar and nothing else except a beautiful view of the famous Italia viaduct and the valley of the river Lao. For the rest of the castle remains a ruin and the church x now "deconsecrated" and awaiting the restructuring .. not particularly recommended stage x the village itself but perhaps only for the view. It could be nice to visit during the Christmas period for the realization of the crib but I don't think I would go back

Il percorso dei murales ti accompagna alla scoperta di questo posto davvero surreale , a due passi dal fiume Lao e dal fiume Iannello . A place where you can really breathe an air of tranquility and peace. The past merges with the present, enveloping you in smells, traditions and nature. The path of the murals takes you to discover this truly surreal place, a stone's throw from the Lao river and the Iannello river.
M	Marco Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi esprimo mai con cinque stelle,ma questo luogo merita veramente di essere visto.E' un luogo surreale dove c'è un ristorante e un b&b e una grande chiesa.il resto è tutto consumato e distrutto dal tempo.ma fermarsi anche solo per mezz'ora vale il tragitto e le curve da fare.nel ristorantino si può mangiare ma prenotate prima di arrivare. I never express myself with five stars, but this place really deserves to be seen. It is a surreal place where there is a restaurant and a b & b and a large church. The rest is all consumed and destroyed by time. for half an hour it is worth the trip and the curves to do. in the restaurant you can eat but book before arriving.
