★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo affittato la casa Romina a Pallanza. Appartamento nuovo e molto bello con vista lago, e c'era anche l'aria condizionata.
Inoltre l'appartamento è stato pensato con tutte le comodità, anche per i bambini.
Ottimo, ci ritorneremo!
We rented the Romina house in Pallanza. New and very nice apartment with lake view, and there was also air conditioning.
In addition, the apartment has been designed with all the comforts, even for children.
Great, we'll be back!

Bagno sprovvisto di appendini per asciugamani ,doccia sprovvista di una minima mensola per appoggiare prodotti di pulizia ( costretta ad appoggiare bagno schiuma sul piatto).Manca asciugamano piccolo da bidet . Discutibile la sanificazione ,trovato calzino da uomo impolverato sotto il letto ,mancanza di 1 federa di protezione sui cuscini . Nel dubbio abbiamo sanificato tutto acquistando 1bottiglia di alcool. Per 4notti per 4 persone versati€200 di cauzione . Peccato ,mancava professionalità,specialmente in tempo di covid
Apartment in Stresa rented for 4 nights. Several critical issues in the apartment, beautiful in itself. Bathroom without towel hangers, shower without a minimum shelf to place cleaning products (forced to place bubble bath on the plate). No small bidet towel. Sanitization questionable, found a dusty men's sock under the bed, lack of 1 protective pillowcase on the pillows. When in doubt, we sanitized everything by purchasing 1 bottle of alcohol. For 4 nights for 4 people a € 200 deposit is paid. Too bad, it lacked professionalism, especially in covid time

Die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit war immer zielführend und effektiv. Das letzte Jahr war durch die Pandemie ziemlich beeinträchtigt, trotzdem hat die Agentur alles versucht, um die Situation tragfähig zu halten.

We have been renting our beautiful penthouse in Stresa on Lake Maggiore for a year with the agency Lago Maggiore Service. The communication and cooperation was always goal-oriented and effective. The pandemic has affected the past year quite a bit, but the agency has tried everything to keep the situation sustainable.

Diversi problemi riscontrati, relativi a una cattiva gestione dell’immobile:
- illuminazione esterna inesistente (la sera la casa è avvolta dal buio più totale). abbiamo dovuto usare una nostra torcia (non c’è n’era neanche una in casa).
- fotocellula esterna per accedere alla casa, non funziona. la sera, è impossibile aprire cancello/porta senza luce.
- vano scala a chiocciola in muratura, da piano terra a secondo piano: due applique su tre non funzionano e le scale sono al buio (pare che il problema fosse già stato segnalato ma evidentemente nessuno ha provveduto).
- frigorifero sotto piano vecchio e non funzionante: vano congelatore trovato in blocco di ghiaccio, sbrinato e ripulito dopo 4 giorni era di nuovo ghiaccio
- coprividani, coprimaterasso e cuscini sedie sporchi
- muffa nera nel box doccia
- coltre di polvere su abat-jour letto e sotto ai divani, residui di rifiuti nelle canne del calorifero
- tappeti bagno e cucina: due zerbini vecchi e macchiati
Abbiamo segnalato questi problemi, via mail. Nessuna risposta.
Al check out ci han detto che le pulizie finali in carico all’agenzia durano un’ora e che per tutto il resto è respinabile la proprietà.
Nessuna scusa, né tantomeno lo storno delle spese di pulizie finali -130 euro per due settimane di soggiorno- nonostante abbia dovuto provvedere io alla pulizia di quanto trovato sporco.
E non oso pensare a come possa essere fatta la sanificazione obbligatoria anti-covid degli ambienti, in tutto questo. A parte due confezioni di gel e un foglio di istruzioni, non abbiamo trovato evidenze di sanificazione degli ambienti, visto lo stato delle pulizie (ovviamente, check in e check out con rappresentante di agenzia senza mascherina, anche all’interno della casa).

Several problems encountered, relating to poor management of the property:
- non-existent external lighting (in the evening the house is shrouded in total darkness). we had to use our own torch (there wasn't even one in the house).
- external photocell to access the house, it does not work. in the evening, it is impossible to open gate / door without light.
- spiral staircase in masonry, from ground floor to second floor: two out of three wall lights do not work and the stairs are in the dark (it seems that the problem had already been reported but obviously no one has done so).
- old and not working undercounter refrigerator: freezer compartment found in ice block, defrosted and cleaned after 4 days it was ice again
- dirty sofa covers, mattress covers and chair cushions
- black mold in the shower stall
- blanket of dust on bed lampshades and under the sofas, residues of waste in the radiator pipes
- bathroom and kitchen carpets: two old and stained doormats
We have reported these issues via email. No reply.
At check out, we were told that the agency's final cleaning takes one hour and that the property can be rejected for everything else.
No apologies, nor the cancellation of the final cleaning costs -130 euros for two weeks of stay - despite the fact that I had to clean what was found dirty.
And I don't dare to think about how the mandatory anti-covid sanitation of the environments can be done, in all this. Apart from two packs of gel and an instruction sheet, we found no evidence of sanitizing the rooms, given the state of cleaning (obviously, check in and check out with an agency representative without a mask, even inside the house).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr diese Argentur. Hatten eine Wohnung in Moncucca. Haus Carty. Die Wohnung war so dreckig, das wir erstmal alles putzen mussten. Von Blutflecken auf den Bettdecken und Kopfkissen. Die Teppiche müssten wir auf die Terasse legen weil sie vor Dreck nur so wimmelten. Auf der Terrasse wurde nie gekehrt oder gereinigt. Wir fanden viele Sachen von unseren Vorgängern.Wir zahlten 120 Euro für die Reinigung die nie erfolgte. Die Argentur wurde über diesen Zustand informiert, aber wir erhielten keine Rückmeldung. Im Gegenteil wollte man während unserem Aufenthalts die Wohnung mit evtl. Käufern besichtigen. Auch in unserer Abwesenheit, weil sie ja einen Schlüssel hatten. Dies haben wir strickt abgelehnt.Diese Wohnung war der Horror, nie wieder.
No more this agency. Had an apartment in Moncucca. House Carty. The apartment was so dirty that we had to clean everything first. From blood stains on the duvets and pillows. We would have to put the carpets on the terrace because they were teeming with dirt. The terrace was never swept or cleaned. We found a lot of things from our predecessors, we paid 120 euros for the cleaning which was never done. The agency has been informed of this condition, but we have received no feedback. On the contrary, they wanted to visit the apartment with possible buyers during our stay. Even in our absence, because they had a key. We strictly refused. This apartment was the horror, never again.
