Scrigno a cielo aperto di gioielli geologici e naturalistici vetusti e preziosi. Territorio di architetture severe e leziose. Terra che si apprezza solo in una dimensione di calma e lentezza.

Picturesque. I really liked this lake for the dense vegetation that surrounds it and because you can enjoy an atmosphere of great peace and silence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piękne, rozległe (prawie 13 kilometrów kwadratowych) wulkaniczne, kalderowe jezioro, z taflą wody leżącą ponad 500 metrów nad poziomem morza, otoczone wysokimi wzgórzami.
Wspawdzie nad jeziorem znajduje się kilka wiosek i plaż, ale woda pozostaje czysta i przejrzysta.
Jezioro jest częścią rezerwatu przyrody.
Warto obejrzeć i wykąpać się w chłodnej wodzie.
A beautiful, vast (almost 13 square kilometers) volcanic caldera lake, with the water surface lying over 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by high hills.
There are several villages and beaches by the lake, but the water remains clean and clear.
The lake is part of a nature reserve.
It is worth watching and taking a bath in cool water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a car with foreign car plates then don’t come here. This place is full of thieves. I parked in a designated parking lot and went on a 2 hour hike in the middle of the day. When I came back my car window was smashed in and everything I own was stolen. And they even put two holes in my tires so I was stranded. They will be waiting for you to steal your items. Be careful
