È un lago immerso nel verde, con un sentiero che ti permette di girarlo totalmente, di vedere scorci incantevoli, di fermarti a riposare, riflettere, leggere ecc, su una delle panchine dislocate lungo tutto il percorso. Per chi ha dei bambini è presente un bel parco giochi pubblico molto apprezzato dai piccoli e anche con giochi inclusivi (cosa assolutamente non scontata). Certo, se si cerca la calca, questo non è il posto giusto ma se ci si vuole immergere nella natura, se si vuole rilassarsi facendo due passi, oppure si vuole semplicemente fuggire dal caldo della città, il lago è lì che aspetta. The lake of Castel dell'Alpi deserves to be visited. It is a lake surrounded by greenery, with a path that allows you to turn it completely, to see enchanting views, to stop and rest, reflect, read, etc., on one of the benches located along the entire route. For those with children there is a nice public playground much appreciated by children and also with inclusive games (which is absolutely not to be taken for granted). Of course, if you are looking for the crowd, this is not the right place but if you want to immerse yourself in nature, if you want to relax by taking a walk, or just want to escape from the heat of the city, the lake is there waiting for you.

Consigliato per una gita fuori porta! The lake itself is nothing special, but the circular route, suitable for everyone, which allows you to go around the lake itself, deserves a lot. Un cartello turistico, posto in prossimità dell’area attrezzata, ne racconta la drammatica storia che ha portato alla distruzione di gran parte del paese di allora ; solo lo sperone di roccia su cui poggia la chiesa non fu coinvolto. Il lago ha vissuto periodi migliori rispetto ad oggi, un tempo l’acqua era abbondante, molti volatili e c’era anche la possibilità di noleggiare delle barche a remi per brevi navigazioni. Oggi il livello del lago si è ridotto e sono affiorati tratti di fondale melmoso specie in prossimità del ponte e tutto l’insieme appare più triste. E’ ancora possibile effettuare una passeggiata non impegnativa che segue tutto il perimetro del lago Immersed in silence and nature, the lake of Castel dell’Alpi was formed in 1951 following the landslide of a part of a mountain that flanked the Savena river. A tourist sign, placed near the equipped area, tells the dramatic story that led to the destruction of much of the town at the time; only the spur of rock on which the church rests was not involved. The lake has experienced better times than today, once the water was abundant, many birds and there was also the possibility of renting rowing boats for short voyages. Today the level of the lake has reduced and stretches of muddy seabed have surfaced, especially near the bridge, and the whole looks sadder. It is still possible to take a non-binding walk that follows the entire perimeter of the lake
G	Giordano Raffini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il contesto è molto grazioso, la passeggiata bordo lago decisamente bella il paese offre nel suo insieme meno di quanto servirebbe ma le zone circostanti compensano tali mancanze. Non è ancora completamente superata la crisi di identità che portò questa località ad essere una meta turistica locale negli anni 60/70 per quando vi erano hotel, ristoranti ed un piccolo noleggio di barche adisposizione, per poi finire nel dimenticatoio a fine anni 90. Segni di maggior cura e del ritorno di interesse sono però visibili. Il luogo merita per clima e bellezza geografica. In ogni caso è un giro consigliato.

G	G G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning place, very picture it Lake has stunning walks paths and the views that worth to spend a day relaxing doing pick-nick in full water full views. It's has Church that it worth have a visit at the top of the hill. I definitely want to return for more walks to enjoy this gem and keep exploring it surrounding areas. ??‍♀️
