S	Stefania Virzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe !!!! Trotz schriftlicher und telefonischer Buchungsbestätigung war das Boot vor Ort nicht verfügbar. Ein Tag vor Reservierung, haben wir nur auf nochmaliger Anfrage erfahren, dass das gemietete Boot angeblich in der Werkstatt sei. Somit konnte er uns als Ersatz nur ein kleineres Boot anbieten. Dieses kleinere Boot konnte er uns allerdings auch nicht zu 100% zusagen. Die Zusage kam nach mehrmaligem anrufen und edliche Nachrichten erst am späten Abend. Als wir am Morgen am Steg standen, erfuhren wir von anderen Touristen, dass auch bei Ihnen die Buchung sehr chaotisch verlief. Der Bootsvermieter Holger schickte uns weg mit der Begründung, er hat für heute kein Boot mehr frei und ist einfach weggelaufen. Da standen wir dann, mit unserer gepackten Kühltasche und unseren 1000€ Kaution. Einige Meter weiter fanden wir einen super netten und kompetenten Bootsverleih der unseren Tag gerettet hat. Wenn ihr euch im Urlaub den Ärger ersparen wollt dann bucht euer Boot einfach einige Meter weiter. Absolute disaster !!!! Despite written and telephone booking confirmation the boat was not available on site. One day before reservation, we only found out on repeated request, that the rented boat was allegedly in the workshop. So he could offer us only a smaller boat as a replacement. However, he was not able to promise us this smaller boat 100%. The promise came after repeated calls and messages until the late evening. When we were at the jetty in the morning, we learned from other tourists, that also with you the booking was very chaotic. The boat rental Holger sent us away on the grounds that he has no boat for today and has just run away. There we stood, with our packed cooler bag and our 1000 € deposit. A few meters further we found a super nice and competent boat rental who saved our day. If you want to spare yourself the trouble on vacation then your boat just books a few meters further.
O	Oliver Schauz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkomplizierte Buchung, Übergabe und Rückgabe. Äußeres Erscheinungsbild des Bayliners ist dem Alter entsprechend, jedoch zu dem Preis absolut akzeptabel. Dafür technischer Zustand top. Wahnsinns Motor bei Bayliner 2050 :) Kann Lago Charter nur weiterempfehlen. Very straightforward booking, handover and return. The external appearance of the Bayliner is appropriate for its age, but absolutely acceptable for the price. But the technical condition is great. Awesome engine at Bayliner 2050 :) I can only recommend Lago Charter.

Volgend jaar komen wij zeker weer een boot huren! Very nice man and good service and clear explanations. Boat was fine and we had a super day with it. Speak good English and very clear. We will definitely be renting a boat again next year!

Das Boot war vollkommen OK und sehr sauber. Alles Top. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen... Thank you for three wonderful days on the lake. Lago Charter was always available by phone and email before and during the charter. Very straightforward. The boat was perfectly OK and very clean. Everything perfect. Can I definitely recommend...

Wir hatten die 195er Stingray für 3 Tage gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Freundlicher Service mit kompetenter Einweisung, das Boot war wie beschrieben. Zudem hat das Wetter super mitgespielt! Danke nochmal, wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub mit Boot! Highly Recommended! We chose this boat rental, as we wanted to explore the Lago without additional support. That is possible here. We had booked the 195er Stingray for 3 days and it all worked out wonderfully! Friendly service with competent instruction, the boat was as described. In addition, the weather has played great! Thanks again, we look forward to our next vacation with boat!

Wir hatten den kleinen Bayliner, er war vom Zustand nicht der beste, aber technisch hat alles soweit gut funktioniert. Und für den Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Wer was neues will muss mindestens mit dem doppelten rechnen. Werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage auf dem See. Everything worked out wonderfully, very easy to reach by phone. We had the little Bayliner, it wasn't in the best condition, but technically everything worked so well. And really unbeatable for the price. If you want something new, you have to expect at least twice as much. Will definitely come again. Thank you for the beautiful days on the lake.

Ich habe zwar etwas öfter nachgefragt ob unser Boot wirklich gemietet ist, weil es zu Beginn nur telefonisch geklappt hat, aber alles andere war echt gut. Früh am morgen muss man mit der italienischen Mentalität einfach ein wenig warten bis man zum Boot kommt, was aber beim Kaffee verkraftbar war. Unser Boot (Bayliner) war nicht das neuste aber bei dieser top Preis/Leistung kann man das absolut in betracht ziehen jederzeit wieder zu buchen. Für uns hat wirklich alles gestimmt an diesem perfekten Sonntag. Wir werden wieder kommen. Thanks for the day and the boat rental. I asked a little more often whether our boat was really rented because it only worked on the phone at the beginning, but everything else was really good. With the Italian mentality, you just have to wait a little early in the morning until you get to the boat, which was manageable over coffee. Our boat (Bayliner) was not the newest but with this top price / performance you can absolutely consider it to be booked again at any time. For us everything was really right on this perfect Sunday. We will come back.
