Il lago è utilizzato per la pesca sportiva, Inoltre è possibile osservare piuttosto frequentemente uccelli migratori come ad esempio l'Airone.
 Lake Aiolina is located in the immediate vicinity of the agglomeration of Palazzi in the Municipality of Sant'Angelo in Vado. It is part of a hilly context of particular environmental and landscape value. Not far from the mirror of water, the mighty Torre della Metola stands out on the top of a hillock. The lake is used for sport fishing. It is also possible to observe migratory birds such as the Heron quite frequently.
