I had a job done to replace gutters ... very high prices (I was hoping for a good quality) and work to say the least bad ... aluminum gutters marked with a mallet already new to mount them, downspouts fixed not to bubble, workers who ask you to stand in the courtyard to check their tools of the trade while they go on their lunch break, and in order not to make a hole in the wall they use the silicone sealant to fix the pipe in an already existing old hole! Having said this at the moment, the worker replied "I'm not there to make a hole in the wall, I have already put away the drill". The bosses don't think about improving the job, and the workers themselves don't agree on how to do the job! Note the fact that they make a water drain in the courtyard in front of the pedestrian entrance when there were already 2 dedicated manholes! And the workers tell you when the job is finished that it could have been done differently! Why not say it first? Note the fact that they managed to plug the condensate drain pipe of the air conditioner with silicone, thank goodness I noticed it in time, otherwise the condensate would drain into the internal wall of the house! They send the workers to raise their voices with the customer, they have been turning a deaf ear for 6 months not to fix the job and they have not yet come, saying that the downspout must be out of the bubble! Stuff beyond belief! On the other hand, they ask for the full bill WITHOUT DISCOUNT even though they know they have done a bad job, without even wanting to fix it at least in part! The 2 brothers who own the company do not pass information on, one says one thing and the other another! In the end they came to tell me "the important thing for me is your bank transfer, oh well for the job". True example of how it affects only the turnover; I don't know how they work with the roofs but with the gutters it is better to leave it alone.
