★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto dispiaciuta ,dopo tanti anni che frequento questa farmacia ,questa mattina sono stata trattata in maniera molto scortese da una dipendente bionda con accento straniero .davanti a molte persone mi è stato chiesto con arroganza:MA DA DOVE VIENI ??semplicemente perché non ero a conoscenza che ad un prodotto necessitava la ricetta(vit d).mi sono recata immediatamente alla farmacia vicina dove sono stata accontentata con gentilezza e garbo.
Certamente ci sono mille modi per rispondere ad un cliente di sicuro non : Ma da dove vieni?!!!
Very sorry, after so many years of attending this pharmacy, this morning I was treated very rudely by a blonde employee with a foreign accent. In front of many people I was arrogantly asked: WHERE ARE YOU FROM ?? simply because I was not at knowledge that a product needed the recipe (vit d). I immediately went to the nearby pharmacy where I was satisfied with kindness and grace.
Certainly there are a thousand ways to respond to a customer for sure not: But where are you from? !!!

Questa recensione deriva da varie testimonianze tutte concordi su questo atteggiamento da parte della persona interessata.
mi dispiace perché La farmacia Esculapio è stata da sempre un caposaldo per sacile dove trovare gentilezza e disponibilità e i farmacisti che lavorano tutt’ora li sono delle perle!
Unfriendliness, impudence, tactlessness, that's what I found talking to a new employee with a Roman accent (who answers the phone while also raising the tone).
This review derives from various testimonies all agree on this attitude on the part of the person concerned.
I'm sorry because the Esculapio pharmacy has always been a cornerstone for sacile where you can find kindness and availability and the pharmacists who still work there are pearls!
