★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo premettere di aver acquistato qualche anno fa una cucina su misura e di essere rimasto, in tutti questi anni, soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
Le note dolenti sorgono ora, che ho necessità di effettuare delle modifiche alla stessa.
Sono circa tre mesi che cerco invano di commissionare le suddette modifiche ed è ormai incontrovertibile che ogni mio contatto resti inevaso.
In questo arco temporale ho cercato di contattarvi reiteratamente al telefono (asserite di aver avuto problemi con i gestori telefonici, ci può stare ma voi gestite un'attività commerciale, quindi ....); tutti i miei sforzi sono stati vani anche quando ho avuto la fortuna di prendere la linea in quanto -dovendo interfacciarmi con uno specifico professionista - questi risultava sempre assente ovvero impegnato in altra conversazione e pur avendo preso nota, mai sono stato ricontattato (saranno state sicuramente coincidenze, ma il fato è stato veramente beffardo ed io riporto solo dati di fatto).
Mi sono anche presentato personalmente per ottenere un appuntamento con il tecnico, ma anche in questo caso la mia visita non ha prodotto frutti ("la faremo contattare immediatamente" ecc. ecc.).
Per il tramite di un contatto comune, sono riuscito a rappresentare le mie necessità ed ora attendo una telefonata, promessa lunedì scorso, al solo scopo di conoscere quando, in base al planning settimanale, il tecnico potrà effettuare il propedeutico sopralluogo.
Sono letteralmente scorato e considerato che stiamo parlando di attività lavorativa che dovrei indennizzarvi, sono certo che conprenderete appieno il mio stato d'animo.
I miei contatti sono a voi conosciuti e non sono certo contento di aver dovuto utilizzare il presente canale per rappresentarvi parte delle mie rimostranze.
Auspico che un moto di orgoglio possa permettervi di riavvicinare un cliente che in passato ha sempre parlato di voi in maniera egregia.

I must first say that I purchased a custom kitchen a few years ago and that I have been satisfied with the purchase in all these years.
The painful notes arise now, that I need to make changes to it.
For about three months I have been trying in vain to commission the aforementioned changes and it is now incontrovertible that all my contacts remain unanswered.
In this period of time I have tried to contact you repeatedly on the phone (you claim to have had problems with the telephone operators, it can be there but you run a business, so ....); all my efforts were in vain even when I was lucky enough to take the line because - having to interface with a specific professional - he was always absent or engaged in another conversation and despite having taken note, I have never been contacted (they will certainly have been coincidences, but the fate was really mocking and I report only facts).
I also introduced myself personally to get an appointment with the technician, but also in this case my visit did not produce results ("we will get in touch with you immediately" etc. etc.).
Through a common contact, I managed to represent my needs and now I await a phone call, promised last Monday, for the sole purpose of knowing when, based on the weekly planning, the technician will be able to carry out the preliminary inspection.
I am literally disheartened and considering that we are talking about work that I should compensate you for, I am sure that you will fully understand my state of mind.
My contacts are known to you and I am certainly not happy that I had to use this channel to represent part of my grievances.
I hope that a movement of pride will allow you to bring closer a customer who has always talked about you very well in the past.

L'impressione fu importante tanto che ci rimase nella testa anche se vedevamo altre cucine in altri negozi. L'attenzione ai particolari e la bellezza della scelta vasta dei colori fanno sì che uno si innamora delle cucine di Lady cucine.
Super soddisfatto per il montaggio effettuato da tecnici professionali e attenti in tutto.
L'amministrazione è stata molto seria e scrupolosa nel mio caso che mi ha fatto molto piacere.
Beh a due anni di distanza sono sempre convinto della scelta che abbiamo fatto è la rifarei altre dieci milioni di volte.

The impression was so important that it stayed in our heads even if we saw other kitchens in other shops. The attention to detail and the beauty of the vast choice of colors make one fall in love with Lady Cucine's kitchens.
Super satisfied with the assembly carried out by professional and attentive technicians throughout.
The administration was very serious and scrupulous in my case which made me very happy.
Well two years later I am always convinced of the choice we have made and I would do it another ten million times.

Dopo tanti anni e come nuova ,
Seconda cucina a mia sorella 1997 e anche questa è ancora come nuova ,
Anno 2000 cucina ad un amico super contento .
Insomma se volete una cucina da 5 stelle andate da lady cucine sono i migliori su tutto . Non sono un loro dipendente ma un loro cliente soddisfatto.
A dimenticavo sono un cuoco in un ristorante di cui le cucine le sfrutto .

In short, if you want a 5-star kitchen go to lady kitchens they are the best on everything. I'm not their employee but a satisfied customer.
I forgot I am a chef in a restaurant where I use the kitchens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Lady cucine circa 10 anni fa mi avevano assicurato che qualora nel tempo dovessero essere apportate delle modifiche sarebbero stati solerti nel farlo facendone rilevare il vantaggio di queste cucine. Che dire appena ho chiamato nessuna cortesia sgarbatezza nella risposta e ci hanno lascitati senza soluzione imminente se non forse dopo un mese che dire sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto qualità media assistenza scarsa considerando i costi!
I bought a Lady kitchens about 10 years ago they assured me that if any changes were to be made over time they would be diligent in doing so by showing the advantage of these kitchens. What can I say as soon as I called no courtesy rudeness in the response and they left us with no imminent solution if not perhaps after a month that I strongly advise against the purchase of average quality assistance poor considering the costs!
