★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una semplice piega ho aspettato 2he30min avendo già preso un appuntamento settimane prima e non puoi giustificare la cosa dicendo che ci sono stati ritardi durante la gionata perché gli appuntamenti che prendi li devi saper gestire.
Poca professionalità. Usavano una spazzola rotta per fare i capelli mossi e così facendo mi hanno strappato tanti capelli.
Ciliegina sulla torta: aumentano il prezzo alla cassa solo perché li ho fatti mossi!!! SENZA l uso della piastra!!!!! Mai sentita una cosa così in Italia!

Little professionalism. They used a broken brush to make wavy hair and in doing so they pulled out a lot of hair.
Icing on the cake: they increase the price at the checkout just because I made them move !!! WITHOUT the use of the plate !!!!! Never heard of such a thing in Italy!
