★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non essendo di Bari, e cercando un bar pasticceria, li trovo su google. Dove Porta chiusura a mezza notte. Arrivo alle 22:50 e trovo chiuso!!! Di sabato sera!? (Nb:ero a casamassima) fatti tanti km a vuoto! dico io ma nel 2021 Vi costa tanto tenere aggiornati orari e giorni di apertura??
Not being from Bari, and looking for a pastry bar, I find them on google. Where Door closes at midnight. I arrive at 22:50 and find it closed !!! On a Saturday night !? (Nb: I was at casamassima) made many empty kilometers! I say but in 2021 it costs you so much to keep the opening hours and days updated?

Intanto non accettano carte di credito. Non ancora perlomeno. Tollerabile in altri momenti; meno in questo, quando si cerca di evitare il contatto con contante toccato chissà da chi.
Penoso il confezionamento dei dolci: un vassoio con gli estremi dell'incarto a malapena risvoltati verso il basso. Non dico una confezione in cartoncino rigido, non dico un nastro da pasticceria; ma almeno due pezzi di scotch che chiudano i lembi.
A proposito di sicurezza, segnalo i tavolini all'esterno eccessivamente ravvicinati. Non è esperienza piacevole sedersi e percepire il fiato del vicino. Due tavoli in meno, e siamo più sicuri e sereni.
Andrà sicuramente meglio la prossima volta.

Meanwhile, they don't accept credit cards. At least not yet. Tolerable at other times; less so, when trying to avoid contact with cash touched by who knows who.
The packaging of the sweets is painful: a tray with the ends of the wrapping barely turned down. I don't mean a rigid cardboard package, I don't mean a pastry ribbon; but at least two pieces of scotch tape that close the flaps.
Speaking of safety, I point out the tables outside which are too close together. It is not a pleasant experience to sit and feel the breath of the neighbor. Two tables less, and we are safer and more serene.
It will definitely get better next time.

Dolci buonissimi come d'altronde il loro caffè. Prezzi normali tenuto conto delle materie prime usate e dei prodotti proposti. Ci ritornerò volentieri
Really a quality pastry with very high quality products. An example was their Easter eggs which were works of art. Delicious desserts like their coffee. Normal prices considering the raw materials used and the products offered. I will return willingly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to order a birthday cake and I was to Ladisa. The staff was helpful and they prepared a very special cake that everybody liked. We agreed that a friend of mine pick the cake as I could not. I would recommend Ladisa either in Bari or Valenzano as I was to both places. delicious chocolate fondue and many other chocolate design cakes. Hot Français Choccolate"Valrhona" at "bagnomaria".... recommended
