Dopo molti anni sono capitato in quelle zone (oggi la macelleria è un po'tagliata fuori dal grande traffico automobilistico per via del nuovo percorso dell'Ofantina, ma la deviazione dallo svincolo di Montella è minima) e mi sono rifermato: la carne, ma soprattutto il prosciutto, il capocollo e i salami hanno ancora i sapori di una volta, essendo prodotti esclusivamente con carni del loro allevamento, poco sale e senza l'aggiunta di alcun tipo di conservante. Pensando ai salumi industriali, viene davvero da sorridere e godere!
Butcher's shop that evokes many childhood memories, when we stopped to stock up on meat and cured meats on our way back from Laceno. After many years I ended up in those areas (today the butcher's shop is a bit cut off from the big car traffic due to the new path of the Ofantina, but the deviation from the Montella junction is minimal) and I confirmed myself: meat, but especially ham, capocollo and salami still have the flavors of the past, being produced exclusively with meat from their own farm, little salt and without the addition of any type of preservative. Thinking about industrial cured meats, it really comes to smile and enjoy!
