Ho conosciuto in quest'occasione lo staff: degli eccellenti professionisti dediti con passione e competenza rara al lavoro dell'edilizia e dell'architettura d'interni. Intanto ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Maria Pia e Elio e Federico (titolari e fondatori della società) a cui devo un grazie gigante per essermi stati vicino ad ogni passo delle mie ristrutturazioni aiutandomi nelle scelte e nelle difficili decisioni che man mano si presentavano con professionalità e con una grande empatia arrivando ad un risultato che ha fatto la differenza. Materiali di eccellente qualità e cura estrema del particolare. Maria Pia professionista di indiscussa capacità e onestà, Elio direttore di cantiere ed eccellente maestro di segreti e abilità manuali e poi Federico il loro secondogenito che cura principalmente la parte di pubblicità e marketing della società ma con esperienza di cantiere sufficiente per poter espletare al meglio il suo ruolo. Insomma non potrei dire di più forse solo un grande grazie di tutto anche perchè oltre ad essere grandi professionisti sono anche grandi amici. Maria Pia professional of undisputed ability and honesty, Elio site manager and excellent master of secrets and manual skills and then Federico their second son who mainly takes care of the advertising and marketing part of the company but with sufficient construction experience to be able to carry out the best possible its role. E	Emanuela Fachini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo contenti dei lavori e soprattutto della tempistica degli stessi da parte della ditta Lacasadentro e del rapporto amicale stabilito con i proprietari. Purtroppo alcuni inconvenienti che sembravano minori si sono rivelati, vivendo nell'appartamento, molto spiacevoli soprattutto in vista della resistenza da loro mostrata ad intervenire adeguatamente. Siamo quindi rientrati nell'appartamento nei tempi previsti, ma abbiamo dovuto convivere più di un anno con lavori di riparazione, in buona parte a nostre spese. Rispondo alla risposta, non ci avete detto che gratis non sareste intervenuti, ma che non avevate un falegname da mandarci e che l'operaio che si era occupato le altre tre volte che la porta si era bloccata non era esperto tanto da risolvere il problema. Non capisco in che consiste la garanzia sui lavori se la vostra assistenza ai vari interventi resisi necessari non doveva essere gratuita, fermo restando che ne avremmo fatto molto volentieri a meno! Non mi sembra qui il caso di fare un resoconto dettagliato degli inconvenienti sorti dopo la "fine dei lavori", le porte scorrevoli che non scorrevano è solo uno di questi! Unfortunately some inconveniences that seemed minor turned out, living in the apartment, very unpleasant especially in view of the resistance shown by them to intervene adequately. We then returned to the apartment on schedule, but we had to live with repair work for more than a year, much of it at our expense. I answer the answer, you did not tell us that you would not intervene for free, but that you did not have a carpenter to send us and that the worker who had taken care of the other three times the door was blocked was not experienced enough to solve the problem. I do not understand what the guarantee on the works consists of if your assistance in the various necessary interventions should not have been free, it being understood that we would have gladly done without it! It does not seem appropriate here to give a detailed account of the problems that arose after the "end of the work", the sliding doors that did not slide is just one of them!
