★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal fatto che io ho paura dei prelievi. Entro dalla infermiera che dopo circa 20 minuti non trova le vene. Allora chiama l'altra che dopo altrettanto tempo, passando da un braccio all'altro non trova niente. Dopodiché mi dicono di andare a bere dell'acqua . Torno e tra due infermiere alla fine mi fa il prelievo la segretaria che anche lei è infermiera ma che comunque ha incontrato difficoltà a trovarmi le vene. Io ora non credo che su tre infermiere a meno che io non sia un essere sovrannaturale non riescano a trovarmi manco una vena. Detto ciò decide di fare lo stesso il prelievo facendolo ho sentito un male che mai prima durante gli altri prelievi avevo mai sentito. Dal male ho pianto. Ora ho il braccio livido e gonfio. Dopo tre ore mi chiamano dicendomi che hanno fatto cadere e quindi hanno rotto le boccette. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Now my arm is bruised and swollen. After three hours they call me and tell me that they dropped the bottles and then broke them. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che mi reco in questo centro, l'ambiente è molto curato, pulito e le segretarie sono sempre molto disponibili. L'altro ieri Barbara ha risposto a 5 mail alle ore 7.00 del mattino, probabilmente i quesiti erano anche molto banali, ma era per un esame che non avevo mai fatto. I referti sono molto celeri.
I have been going to this center for years, the environment is very nice, clean and the secretaries are always very helpful. The day before yesterday Barbara replied to 5 emails at 7.00 in the morning, probably the questions were also very trivial, but it was for an exam that I had never done. The reports are very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho telefonato per prenotare La segreteria telefonica diceva dii presentarsi dalle 7,30 alle 10 per i prelievi ... non parlava di prenotazioni. Sono vecchia e mi reggo con stampella: alle 7 ero in coda al feddo. Dopo mezz'ora vedo mandare via una signora della mia età perché non aveva prenotato. Chiedo spiegazioni. L'addetto guarda la mia impegnativa e mi dice che per fare le analisi questa mattina devo pagarle, oppure "venire a prenotare" e c'è posto a marzo ? PERCHÉ HO L'ESENZIONE (PER ETÀ E REDDITO). Sono venuta via molto arrabbiata.: ci hanno mandati via in tre, tutti anzisni. Quasi tutti gli anziani hanno l'esenzione come me e quindi devono fare la coda al freddo per prenotare?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale al desk poco qualificato, servizio a pagamento non diverso da qualsiasi Asl, non vi è alcun motivo per rivolgersi a questa struttura poco professionale e mal gestita. Per quanto mi riguarda gli esami pagati in anticipo sono arrivati molti giorni dopo, e, pur avendo eseguito per tempo i pagamenti mi è stato chiesto riscontro del bonifico, documento già inviato per conoscenza molti giorni prima, questo denota la assoluta mancanza di organizzazione e professionalità. Una segretaria in particolare dovrebbe fare altro mestiere, poichè incapace di gestire la comunicazione e peggio molto supponente e inadatta al ruolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono il giorno precedentePer accertarmi sulle modalità di accettazione.Mi comunicano che per la consegna di campioni anche con il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale non c'è bisogno di prenotazione.
Questa mattina mi reco per la consegna, con la ricetta. L'impiegata mi rilascia una fattura e mi fa pagare tramite bancomat. Mi accerto che abbiamo considerato la prestazione come SSN, ma mi dicono che non è così, la prestazione passa come privato per accettarla come ssn serve la prenotazione. Quindi il laboratorio ha una ricetta per la quale richiedere il rimborso al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale, ma la prestazione è passata privatamente :il solito giochetto alle spalle dei contribuenti.
Sicuramente, nonostante la comodità, non mi recheró più presso tale struttura e la sconsiglio vivamente.

So the laboratory has a recipe for which to request reimbursement from the National Health Service, but the service has passed privately: the usual trick behind taxpayers.
Surely, despite the convenience, I will not go to this facility again and I strongly advise against it.

Non è facile trovare un ambiente di lavoro così. Per quanto riguarda efficienza dei riusalti nn posso dire niente di negativo, perché in giro di 3 giorni ho avuto I miei risultati
