Due volte che sono venuta e sono stata negata a fare il prelievo. Non vogliono fare un passo davanti per aiutare i clienti ma la cosa principale e a che ora riescono a lasciare loro il studio. Non ce la vera volonta e passione di aiutare le persone che vengono. The problem here is the level of professionalism in customer service. They can't manage the place well with good service. Twice that I came and was denied the withdrawal. They don't want to step up to help clients but the main thing is at what time they manage to leave the studio for them. There is no real will and passion to help people who come.

Stesse analisi fatte contestualmente Presso il laboratorio dell'Eur ricevuto il referto on line dopo una settimana, io dopo 3 ancora non ne vengo a capo. Mi arriva il messaggio che siano pronte, entro sul sito con le credenziali fornite e il referto non c'è. Chiamo il laboratorio per più di un'ora e non rispondono. Prendo un permesso dal lavoro e vado di persona ma il laboratorio chiude prima per orario estivo, peccato non avessero aggiornato il disco telefonico contenente gli orari. Chiamo il numero Verde, mi dicono che manca una firma ma non riescono a rintracciare la dottoressa, mi dicono di riprovare a tale ora, riprovo ma nulla. Richiamo il numero verde e la nuova versione è che non siano visibili on line, ma solo di persona. Peccato mi fosse stato detto il contrario e che in altro laboratorio dello stesso brand non ci sia stato questo problema. E domani altro permesso al lavoro. Insomma a dir poco scandalosi... MAI PIU'! I call the toll-free number and the new version is that they are not visible online, but only in person. Too bad I was told the opposite and that in another laboratory of the same brand there was not this problem. And tomorrow another leave to work. In short, scandalous to say the least ... NEVER AGAIN!

Le due signorine all'entrata, oltre essere a dir poco sgarbate, sono anche lente (in una occasione ho fatto una fila talmente lunga da dover buttare il campione urine) e non preparate (penne non disinfettate rimesse al posto delle disinfettate, informazioni telefoniche che contraddicevano quanto riferitomi all'arrivo). Il culmine è stato il 24.12, quando a 10 minuti dal passaggio del "servizio" da raccolta campioni biologici per quello di tamponi, alle ore 10:10 di mattina, non hanno potuto raccogliere il campione. Rigidità senza alcuna serietà. La Bios raccoglie campioni fino alle 12 nei festivi e 17 nei feriali. Consiglio caldamente una revisione del personale. Tried to call the call center and the lab but no answer because of a holiday. Which I find ridiculous especially that such a test you pay money for and they are really valid for 24 hours.
