★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralinista maleducata, prepotente,ma prima di parlare con lei, lunghe ore di attesa,il tel riagganciato molte volte . sicuramente non voglio più avere a che fare con sta struttura,che non tutela i suoi clienti ma anzi fa tutto per allontanare.

 Rude, overbearing telephone operator, but before talking to her, long hours of waiting, the tel hung up many times. surely I don't want to have anything to do with this structure, which does not protect its customers but rather does everything to remove it.
