★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered a rare treasure in Paternò: The Garraffo cake shop makes delicious traditional Sicilian cakes and pastries, the ricotta cheese with little chunks of chocolate are to die for. My favorite is the doughy rum soaked treats called 'Baba'.
