★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torta non eseguita come richiesta, non sapevano nemmeno come fare il cioccolato plastico, glielo abbiamo dovuto spiegare noi a telefono. Scatola vergognosa mezza rotta e tutta scotch in bella vista, inoltre per la torta non era di dimensioni adeguate e si muoveva di continuo.
Speravamo almeno fosse buona e invece... Abbiamo chiesto crema chantilly e invece solo panna, rose in cioccolato che nemmeno sembrano rose. Non capisco come faccia ad avere tutte ste recensioni alte, forse non avete mai ordinato una torta. Io avevo chiesto semplicemente una Saint honorè. Finisco col dire che se si concorda un prezzo a telefono, al momento del pagamento non si può chiedere un altra cifra specie per un lavoro nemmeno vicino a ciò che era stato chiesto.
Mai più.
Cake not executed as requested, they didn't even know how to make plastic chocolate, we had to explain it to them over the phone. Shameful box half broken and all scotch in plain sight, also for the cake it was not of adequate size and was constantly moving.
We hoped at least it was good and instead ... We asked for Chantilly cream and instead only cream, chocolate roses that don't even look like roses. I don't understand how it gets all these high reviews, maybe you've never ordered a cake. I had simply asked for a Saint honorè. I end up saying that if you agree on a price over the phone, at the time of payment you cannot ask for another amount, especially for a job even close to what was asked.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che qualche membro del personale fosse gentile e disponibile diverse cose mi hanno fatto dare una valutazione così bassa: 1- non hanno niente per pagare con bancomat 2- succo di frutta servito in bicchiere bollente appena uscito dalla lavastoviglie 3- assenza di buste per trasportare merce presa 4- gelato in vaschetta... e l'ho dovuta pulire più volte per evitare che il gelato colante mi sporcasse l'auto 5- ... dulcis in fundo ...un gelato così cattivo non l'ho mai mangiato: la scritta diceva "gelato artigianale" ma qualcosa di così... vecchio, con odore e sapore di frigo e con grumi all'interno... di artigianale aveva ben poco. Sconsigliato.
Given that some of the staff were kind and helpful, several things made me give such a low rating: 1- they have nothing to pay with an ATM 2- fruit juice served in a hot glass as soon as it came out of the dishwasher 3- no bags to transport goods taken 4- ice cream in tub ... and I had to clean it several times to prevent the dripping ice cream from dirtying my car 5- ... last but not least ... I've never eaten such bad ice cream : the writing said "homemade ice cream" but something so ... old, with the smell and taste of the fridge and with lumps inside ... it had very little artisan. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo e ci è stato servito anche uno stuzzichino. C'erano tante belle paste e dolcetti, da provare! Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato.
Very nice and friendly staff. We had an aperitif and we were also served an appetizer. There were so many nice pastries and treats to try! Prices in the norm. Recommended.
