★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato a questa pasticceria la preparazione della torta per i miei 30 anni dando delle precise indicazioni su come la desideravo. Onestamente delusa per la poca professionalità che hanno avuto, primo non riconoscendo il fatto di non aver seguito le richieste sbagliando la scritta sopra (nome compreso), priva di decorazioni e cosa più grave dando la colpa a me come cliente di aver scelto la torta sbagliata. Sono stata obbligata a rivolgermi ad altri professionisti che nel giro di poche ore hanno dovuto prepare una torta per il giorno stesso soddisfando tutte le mie aspettative.
I entrusted this pastry shop with the preparation of the cake for my 30 years giving precise indications on how I wanted it. Honestly disappointed by the lack of professionalism they had, first by not recognizing the fact that they did not follow the requests by mistaking the writing above (including name), without decorations and more serious by blaming me as a customer for having chosen the wrong cake . I was forced to turn to other professionals who had to prepare a cake for the same day in a few hours, satisfying all my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più!!, abbiamo ordinato una torta per il mio compleanno, alla sera avremmo avuto amici e parenti a casa per festeggiare, apriamo la torta e sembra tutto ok, iniziamo a tagliare e alla prima fetta ci accorgiamo che c’è un PELO che esce dalla torta… diciamo: ok dai può succedere… buttiamo questa fetta e continuiamo a tagliare…. Con nostra grande sorpresa (e disgusto!) ci accorgiamo che nel tagliare le successive fette esce un altro pelo e un capello bello lungo e biondo! Allego foto per chi non mi credesse.
Morale della favola… nessun invitato ha più voluto mangiare la torta, e noi ci abbiamo fatto una gran bella figura di M!
Il giorno dopo decidiamo di riportare la torta indietro e sapete cosa ci hanno risposto? Che quelli erano peli del pennello e quindi era tutto normale e che di pasticcerie nei dintorni ce n’erano almeno 12! Poi dopo aver insistito per avere un rimborso di una torta immangiabile ci hanno ridato i 30€ dicendoci: A MAI PIÙ RIVEDERCI.
Questa è l’educazione, correttezza, professionalità ma soprattutto l’IGIENE di questa pasticceria!
Non torneremo mai più.
Never again !!, we ordered a cake for my birthday, in the evening we would have friends and relatives at home to celebrate, we open the cake and everything seems ok, we start cutting and at the first slice we realize that there is a HAIR that comes out of the cake ... let's say: ok come on, it can happen ... let's throw this slice away and keep cutting…. To our great surprise (and disgust!) We realize that in cutting the subsequent slices another hair comes out and a beautiful long and blond hair! I attach photos for those who do not believe me.
Moral of the story ... no guest wanted to eat the cake anymore, and we made a great impression on M!
The next day we decide to bring the cake back and do you know what they answered? That those were hairs from the brush and therefore everything was normal and that there were at least 12 pastry shops in the surrounding area! Then after insisting on getting a refund for an inedible cake, they gave us back the € 30, saying: NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN.
This is the education, fairness, professionalism but above all the HYGIENE of this pastry shop!
We will never go back.
