It could be better I accompanied my parents for the 3rd dose, basically the doctors late and they had to stay off a shift that never came for a delay not theirs. I would have preferred the hospital again like the first 2 ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficienza, scortesia e la più totale mancanza di disponibilità sono le uniche parole che vengono in mente. Ho provato a contattare per un intero giorno la struttura per chiedere informazioni su alcune analisi, ricevendo, dopo una lunga attesa, una risposta scontrosa e frettolosa.
Si dovrebbe avere più cura nell'offrire un servizio il cui ruolo è essenziale per il benessere individuale e collettivo, specie pensando che si tratta di una struttura sanitaria pubblica.
Inefficiency, rudeness and total lack of availability are the only words that come to mind. I tried to contact the structure for a whole day to ask for information on some analyzes, receiving, after a long wait, a surly and hasty reply.
More care should be taken in offering a service whose role is essential for individual and collective well-being, especially considering that it is a public health facility.
