S	Sheila Serino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato un orario specifico per ritirare il referto, la prima volta son venuta 10 minuti prima dell orario di chiusura (per motivi di lavoro) e ho trovato tutto chiuso. Quindi vengo la seconda volta mezz'ora prima del orario di chiusura, e mi trovo che era chiuso un'altra volta! Esce una dipendente e le chiedo, ma mi hanno detto che siete aperti fino alle 13:30, mi risponde, si, sono le 13:30, le faccio vedere il telefono che dice 13:00, e mi risponde, ahh no! fino alle 12:30 siamo aperti! Chiudono quando li va, é una mancanza di rispetto ai clienti che lavorano e fanno di tutto per riuscire ad arrivare in tempo prima che chiudono. Ultimo tentativo alle 08:32 e dopo un attesa che perdurava per oltre 20 minuti ho chiuso la telefonata. Nessuna risposta. I also confirm that they don't answer on the phone. Allora, punto primo se le analisi si possono fare fino alle 10.30 il numero si deve prendere fino a tale orario, premesso che fuori prima di me non c’erano molte persone ma soltanto 5 persone contate, avrei dovuto fare una foto ma per la privacy non mi sono permessa... punto due, non capisco l’infermiere come fa ad andare via prima dell’orario previsto di chiusura delle analisi. Pertanto, per quanto mi riguarda la recensione è meno di zero, pessimo servizio, personale molto scortese e per niente professionale. Vi consiglio il centro analisi di Villanova di Guidonia lifebrian... eccezionale!!! In passato ci siamo trovati sempre bene, veniamo da fuori proprio per questo, prima non serviva la prenotazione per chi ha esenzione, ma l'anno scorso la chiedevano, non sapendo se serve ancora provo a contattargli telefonicamente ed è diventato un lavoro a tempo pieno! Da 15 giorni provo ogni giorno e non c'è SANTA CROCE! 9 giorni or sono ho scritto anche una mail, nella speranza di avere una risposta ma nulla è successo! Ieri mattina 41 minuti in attesa, al inizio il disco "raccontava" 21 minuti di attesa e 3 persone in coda(!) [mi chiedo se al telefono ci dobbiamo raccontare romanzi o in non più di 2/3 minuti ci diciamo tutto e via, ma tant'è], non fosse che passati 40 minuti ero ancora li attaccata alla cornetta del telefono con il messaggio "a breve ti risponderà un operatore" [mah...] la ciliegina sulla torta oggi, riprovo e toh! 3 persone attesa 6 minuti, forse oggi ci riusciamo! Sennonché passati i sei minuti (sempre con 3 persone avanti!) siamo arrivati a 2 persone in coda ma.....rulli di tamburo, i minuti erano sempre di più (da 10 secondi siamo arrivati a 2 persone in coda 6.05 minuti di attesa!) la mi sò fermata onde evitare di scaraventare il telefono sui muri, o peggio mandarvi a quel paese, non sia mai avesse risposto qualcuno.....mi chiedo dunque...ci siete o ci fate?
