Provo a richiamare e nn rispondono al telefono. Sconsigliato!! I am not able to enter the data at the terminal ... I had to make a second swab in another structure to get the green pass ... I try to call back and they don't answer the phone. Not recommended !!

I was guaranteed a molecular swab, no need to book and with a result the same afternoon. the laboratory was closed. I do not recommend at all, 0 professionalism!

Prenotiamo il tampone molecolare con due giorni di anticipo, pertanto non ci premuriamo più di cercare un altro centro analisi ritenendoci "al sicuro", col Capodanno imminente che, visti i contagi diffusi, richiede un minimo di coscienziosità. Tra l'altro tutto documentato da apposite conversazioni WhatsApp e con telefonata intercorsa con una signora che ritengo fosse la dott.ssa in persona. Arrivati la, dopo aver preso, io e mia moglie, rispettivamente ferie e permesso da lavoro, ci viene detto che "il macchinario non funziona". E al nostro disappunto per non averci avvisato in tempo per organizzarci alternativamente ci viene detto sgarbatamente che non possono mica avvisare tutti uno ad uno. Cosa dire? Gli epiteti si sprecherebbero, per cui cercate sul dizionario i più dispregiativi, e avrete il mio pensiero su questo pseudo centro analisi e su questa gentaglia. Unfortunately I can not put less than one star because if I could I would put 10 stars below zero. We book the molecular swab two days in advance, therefore we no longer take care to look for another analysis center, considering ourselves "safe", with the upcoming New Year which, given the widespread infections, requires a minimum of conscientiousness. Among other things, all documented by special WhatsApp conversations and with a phone call with a lady who I believe was the doctor herself. Arriving there, after taking my wife and I, respectively vacation and work permit, we are told that "the machine does not work". And to our disappointment at not having warned us in time to organize ourselves alternately, we are rudely told that they can't warn everyone one by one. What to say? The epithets would be wasted, so look in the dictionary for the most derogatory ones, and you will have my thoughts on this pseudo analysis center and on this scum.
