Centro analisi BIOS a Ragusa (Via Psaumida), hanno il sistema per scaricare i risultati dei test online che non funziona.
Quindi poiché a detta della segretaria "non possono perder tempo a mandare mail a chiunque, perché c'e' confusione" bisogna andare a ritirare gli esiti cartacei (loro riferiscono verbalmente l'esito dopo 15 minuti ma per il risultato cartaceo ci vanno 2 giorni) di persona con annesso rischio di contagio, ed intasamento tra chi vuole ritirare gli esami e chi deve effettuare i test.
Le mie considerazioni:
- Mandare una mail con allegato richiede meno tempo che consegnare a mano un referto
- Le mail le puoi mandare in modo del tutto automatico
- Sti poveracci non hanno i soldi per far sistemare il sistema informatico? Al momento faranno centinaia di test al giorno...
- Rilevi la presenza o meno di un virus in 15 minuti e non riesci a darmi l'esito stampato, subito, contestualmente al test?
- E se mi infetto o infetto andando a ritirare i test?

How sad. Private COVID test experience.
BIOS analysis center in Ragusa (Via Psaumida), they have the system to download online test results that does not work.
So since according to the secretary "they can't waste time sending emails to anyone, because there is confusion" you have to go and collect the paper results (they verbally report the result after 15 minutes but for the paper result it takes 2 days ) in person with the associated risk of contagion, and clogging between those who want to withdraw the exams and those who have to carry out the tests.
My considerations:
- Sending an email with an attachment takes less time than hand-delivering a report
- You can send the e-mails completely automatically
- These poor guys don't have the money to fix the computer system? At the moment they will do hundreds of tests a day ...
- Do you detect the presence or absence of a virus in 15 minutes and cannot give me the printed result, immediately, together with the test?
- What if I get infected or infected by going to collect the tests?
