La Dottoressa mi ha messo subito a mio agio, e’ stata gentilissima, molto cordiale e molto disponibile, sin dalla prima volta. Anche la ragazza che sta alla reception, Valeria, e’ sempre stata molto disponibile e gentile a darmi delle informazioni quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio. I was in this Analysis lab for the first time about a month ago with a fairly strong phobia of blood samples. The Doctor immediately put me at ease, she was very kind, very friendly and very helpful, right from the first time. The girl at the reception, Valeria, has also always been very helpful and kind to give me information when I needed it. Definitely recommend.

La dottoressa è stata molto brava a mettermi a mio agio e ancora di più ad effettuare il prelievo , nonostante le mie vene siano molto difficili da trovare. Lo consiglio a tutti per la professionalità e la gentilezza della dottoressa. I am afraid of blood and sampling is always a problem. The doctor was very good at putting me at ease and even more at taking the blood sample, although my veins are very difficult to find. I recommend it to everyone for the professionalism and kindness of the doctor.

Vado sempre in questo laboratorio anche se devo fare chilometri di strada. Mi ha molto stupito e poi la dottoressa ti fa sentire al tuo agio. Molto molto brava. Vi consiglio assolutamente questo laboratorio di analisi. Very good and kind doctor. Nel mio caso è stata bravissima non solo perché non è facile riuscire a prendermi la vena al primo colpo ma soprattutto è riuscita subito a farmi sentire a mio agio. They are doing Rapid Antigen Tests for COVID-19 which are needed before onward travel. As they use the rest of the day for processing the more complex tests there is a limited opening in the morning. There is a waiting room while you wait for the test result. The receptionist speaks a little English. Btw, the forms are in Italian so you need to use something like Google Translate. You get your results in about 15 minutes with full paperwork acceptable for onward travel. This is very useful if you are staying in the area.
