Personale e locale ottimi, ma purtroppo le 2 birre sono da Home Brewery deludenti. On my tour of Venetian microbreweries I got to buy 2 beers (crazy riner and labirrona). Great staff and venue, but sadly the 2 beers from Home Brewery are disappointing.

Solo per gli amanti della birra. Ho avuto occasione di visitare la fabbrica durante l'evento LABI porte aperte. Ho conosciuto i titolari, sentito la storia del birrificio, visto e toccato con mano le materie prime e gli impianti, infine assaggiato le birre. LABI è un birrificio artigianale che nasce dalla passione per la birra di uno dei titolari, l'intraprendente Fabio. A mio parere nella birra è racchiusa tutta la sua passione, che va dalla più classica bionda alle più ricercate bianca, dorata, ambrata, rossa e nera. Sono 6 birre dal gusto ricercato confezionate in una bottiglia davvero unica nella linea e nel design. C'è anche una settima, la gluten free, ovviamente per chi è intollerante al glutine. Ci sono anche diverse birre alla spina che potrete gustare nel bar accanto allo stabilimento LABI. Al LABI ROOM, invece, potrete comprare le birre in formato 33cl e 75cl. Vi sono anche le Magnum edizione limitata (non ricordo la loro grandezza), fatte ogni anno in tre diverse tipologie. Ci sono anche le confezioni regalo con bottiglie e calici LABI. Potete scegliere il numero di bottiglie 75ml da regalare a seconda della confezione, oppure la confezione da 6 bottiglie da 33ml. Un dono che sarà sicuramente apprezzato da chi lo riceverà. Consiglio vivamente di provare almeno una volta una delle birre LABI, secondo me vi innamorerete! Keep it up! These are the things that are good for the territory and enhance the Made in Italy. I met the owners, heard the history of the brewery, saw and touched the raw materials and facilities first hand, and finally tasted the beers. LABI is a craft brewery born from the passion for beer of one of the owners, the enterprising Fabio. In my opinion all his passion is contained in beer, ranging from the most classic blonde to the most sought after white, golden, amber, red and black. They are 6 beers with a refined taste packaged in a bottle that is truly unique in line and design. There is also a seventh, gluten free, obviously for those who are intolerant to gluten. There are also several draft beers that you can enjoy in the bar next to the LABI establishment. At LABI ROOM, however, you can buy beers in 33cl and 75cl format. There are also the limited edition Magnums (I don't remember their size), made each year in three different types. There are also gift boxes with LABI bottles and goblets. You can choose the number of 75ml bottles to give as gifts depending on the package, or the package of 6 bottles of 33ml. A gift that will surely be appreciated by those who receive it. I highly recommend trying one of the LABI beers at least once, in my opinion you'll love it!

Il personale competente ha saputo consigliarmi questa birra con qualche nota di miele molto particolare e piacevole, ma dispongono comunque di una vastissima gamma di prodotti artigianali. Qualità-Prezzo giusto. Beautiful brewery open to the public with ample parking in front of the entrance. The competent staff was able to recommend this beer with some very particular and pleasant notes of honey, but they still have a very wide range of artisanal products. Fair Price-Quality.
