★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab174 è un spazio lavorativo sinergico nel cuore di Roma. La struttura nasce principalmente come Coworking, dove diverse realtà lavorative coesistono in maniera collaborativa e stimolante.
Lo spazio, sviluppandosi su due livelli, offre anche la possibilità di ospitare esposizioni temporanee, temporary show-room e temporary store.
Finalmente nel centro di Roma ( quartiere Prati) una realtà polivalente dove i principi del Networking trovano ampio spazio!
 Lab174 is a synergistic working space in the heart of Rome. The structure is mainly born as Coworking, where different working realities coexist in a collaborative and stimulating way.
The space, developed on two levels, also offers the possibility of hosting temporary exhibitions, temporary showrooms and temporary stores.
Finally in the center of Rome (Prati district) a multipurpose reality where the principles of Networking find ample space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un freelance e lavoro nel settore audio-visivo, mi occupo di post produzione. Per me il LB174 e' stato una ottima scoperta. A Roma servirebbero piú posti cosí per riavvicinarla agli standard delle altre capitali europee.
Un posto moderno e stimolante. La struttura é molto bella ed accogliente, importante non solo per il piacere di lavorarci ma anche per fare una buona impressione ai clienti.
La cosa piú importante per me é stata senza dubbio il network che ho trovato all'interno, altri specialisti che lavoravano in settori con i quali mi trovo spesso a dialogare, e con i quali si sono aperte strade lavorative e di collaborazione.
La posizione é ottima, a 5 minuti dalla metro, in un quartiere bellissimo e storico come Prati.
Inoltre le soluzione economiche per gli affitti delle scrivanie e delle postazioni sono senza dubbio un vantaggio enorme per un freelance come me che non puo permettersi l'affitto di uno studio o di un ufficio.
Un posto assolutamente da consigliare!
I am a freelance and work in the audio-visual sector, I deal with post production. For me the LB174 was a great discovery. In Rome, more places would be needed to bring it closer to the standards of other European capitals.
A modern and stimulating place. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, important not only for the pleasure of working there but also for making a good impression to the customers.
The most important thing for me was undoubtedly the network that I found inside, other specialists who worked in sectors with which I often find myself in dialogue, and with whom work and collaboration paths were opened.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the metro, in a beautiful and historic neighborhood like Prati.
Furthermore, the economical solutions for desk and workstation rentals are undoubtedly a huge advantage for a freelance like me who cannot afford to rent a studio or an office.
A place to recommend!

I have been working in this co-working for about 7 months. Paid by my company. Young place, super flexible and with great vibes. The guys were available for all the administrative part to be managed directly with my Dutch company.
