Sconsiglio dunque a chiunque di affidare i vostri dispositivi elettronici a loro. Perdete solo tempo!! I brought my computer to them and after a few months of waiting without news they come to tell me that I am unable to repair it. I therefore advise against anyone to entrust your electronic devices to them. Just waste time!

Ho portato da loro il computer a Settembre, lasciando indicazioni specifiche sul problema che avevo riscontrato durante l’utilizzo, dopo mesi senza notizie ho chiamato e con scuse continuavano a propinarmi ritardi inesistenti da parte dei corrieri per il pezzo di ricambio. Arrivati a Febbraio, continuando a sollecitare ogni mese per sapere che fine avesse fatto il computer che dovevo utilizzare a scopo lavorativo, vengo a sapere che per loro il componente non poteva essere più reperito da nessuna parte e che quindi non l’avevano mai ordinato. Il computer mi è stato restituito oggi in data 8/2/2020 dopo 5 mesi e in condizioni peggiori di come l’avevo consegnato, dato che ora lo schermo presenta un disturbo continuo ed è quindi totalmente inutilizzabile. Sconsiglio vivamente di portare i vostri computer da loro, persone veramente poco professionali, truffaldine e irrispettose. Mi hanno solo fatto perdere 5 mesi di tempo e di LAVORO! I brought the computer to them in September, leaving specific indications on the problem I had encountered during use, after months without news I called and with apologies continued to deliver non-existent delays from the couriers for the spare part. Arriving in February, continuing to solicit every month to find out what happened to the computer that I had to use for business purposes, I come to know that for them the component could no longer be found anywhere and that therefore they had never ordered it. The computer was returned to me today on 8/2/2020 after 5 months and in worse conditions than I had delivered it, since now the screen has a continuous noise and is therefore totally unusable. I strongly advise against bringing your computers to them, very unprofessional, scam and disrespectful people. They only made me waste 5 months of time and WORK!
F	Fabio Grain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che condividere il disappunto per la mia esperienza: ho portato due stampanti a far riparare, due samsung laser. Una aveva bisogno di cambiare il fusore l'altra il tamburo (questa stampava ma con delle righe nel centro del foglio). La prima è stata riparata correttamente al costo di 90€ (per questo ho messo 2 stelle e non 1), l'altra mi è stata consegnata come funzionante (anch'essa 90€ di riparazione), ma alla prima stampa il testo appariva sfocato, li ho ricontattati (visto che avevano allegato un foglio di stampa di prova che era preciso) e mi hanno detto che poteva essere che nel trasportare la stampante si fosse spostato qualcosa (?), l'ho riportata indietro, mi hanno fatto parlare con il tecnico che via via ha accampato ad una serie di spiegazioni sempre diverse: cartucce difettose, toner esaurito (ma era stato sostituito poco prima della riparazione), fino al classico "sono macchine che non funzionano bene" (va beh, ma allora ditemelo prima della riparazione se non conviene ripararle!), inutile dire che non si spiega come ha fatto il loro foglio di prova stampa ad essere impeccabile e subito dopo stampava male. Ora riporto a casa la stampante che ha tutte e 4 le cartucce esaurite (?!) di rimborso nemmeno a parlarne bah... I can only share my disappointment with my experience: I took two printers for repair, two samsung lasers. One needed to change the fuser the other the drum (this one printed but with lines in the center of the sheet). The first was repaired correctly at a cost of 90 € (for this I put 2 stars and not 1), the other was delivered to me as working (also 90 € for repair), but at the first printing the text appeared blurred , I contacted them again (since they had attached a test print sheet which was accurate) and they told me that it could be that something (?) had moved when transporting the printer, I brought it back, they made me talk to the technician who gradually campaigned to a series of always different explanations: defective cartridges, out of toner (but it had been replaced just before the repair), up to the classic "they are machines that don't work well" (okay, but then tell me first of the repair if it is not convenient to repair them!), needless to say that it is not explained how their print test sheet was flawless and immediately afterwards it printed badly. Now I bring home the printer that has all 4 cartridges out of reimbursement (?!) Not even talking about it bah ...

Il lavoro è stato fatto alla perfezione in soli 3 giorni, recuperati tutti i dati al 100%, inseriti su un hard disk da 1tb che mi è stato lasciato, il tutto per 230 euro (quando chiedendo almeno altri 4/5 preventivi in altri posti si partiva da un mino di 400€ fino ad arrivare ai 1000!) I brought my broken hard drive here with clean room data recovery need. The job was done to perfection in just 3 days, all data recovered at 100%, inserted on a 1tb hard drive that was left to me, all for 230 euros (when asking at least another 4/5 quotes in other places it started from a minimum of 400 € up to 1000!)
