They are not punctual in respecting the delivery of the analyzes. I had to receive them by e-mail but after two days still nothing.I try to call or they don't answer or it is out of place. Because of them I had to cancel an important visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro di analisi pessimi. Non solo devi pagare per sapere se stai bene o meno ma non sono in grado di darti un risultato del tampone nemmeno entro una settimana. Le segretarie non sono organizzate bene una ti dice una cosa una un'altra cosa e non si mettono a disposizione e addirittura ti prendono in giro. Ti fanno rischiare di anadare li per ritirare i risultati che non sono mai pronti. Una volta che si sono presi i soldi credono di aver fatto il loro lavoro.
Bad analysis center. Not only do you have to pay to know if you are okay or not but they are unable to give you a swab result even within a week. The secretaries are not well organized one tells you one thing one another and they do not make themselves available and even make fun of you. They make you risk going there to collect the results that are never ready. Once they've got the money, they think they've done their job.
