★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da anni che faccio acquisti in questo negozio, a parte i prezzi che sono un po' cari, la roba è di qualità, ma il problema è un altro. La cassiera è veramente scortese. Sembra che ti faccia un favore a passarti la roba alla cassa e oltretutto un favore fatto con grande sforzo e malumore. Veramente sgarbata e per nulla disponibile. Posso capire che una volta capiti la giornata storta e un po' di nervosismo, posso accettare che capiti due volte, posso far passare la cosa alla terza, ma se diventa la norma allora non ci siamo. Non è possibile essere trattati con i piedi da una cassiera sistematicamente. Ribadisco che è da anni che mi reco in questo negozio, posso essere considerata una cliente assidua e pretendo di essere trattata non dico con gentilezza, ma almeno in maniera accettabile. Peccato perché il resto del personale è professionale, disponibile e gentile.
 I have been shopping in this shop for years, apart from the prices which are a bit expensive, the stuff is of quality, but the problem is another. The cashier is really rude. It seems to be doing you a favor by handing you the stuff at the cashier and, moreover, a favor done with great effort and bad humor. Really rude and not at all helpful. I can understand that once you get a bad day and a bit of nervousness, I can accept that it happens twice, I can move it to the third, but if it becomes the norm then we are not there. It is not possible to be treated with feet by a cashier systematically. I repeat that I have been going to this shop for years, I can be considered a regular customer and I expect to be treated, I don't mean with kindness, but at least in an acceptable way. Too bad because the rest of the staff are professional, helpful and kind.
