Inoltre, la gentilezza, la cordialità e la professionalità dei camerieri hanno contribuito a farci trascorrere una serata perfetta. Da provare i cannoli con ripieno di melanzane e i crostoni, davvero gustosi! Torneremo sicuramente!
 Tuscan dishes revisited in a truly delicious way and a breathtaking view! In addition, the kindness, friendliness and professionalism of the waiters contributed to making us spend a perfect evening. Try the cannoli stuffed with aubergines and the crostoni, really tasty! We will definitely be back!

Each dish is a combination of a journey into the world and the flavors of Tuscan authenticity. Tasting the selection of Capezzana wines is a delight that leads you to savor the history of the entire estate. All this, surrounded by a spectacular setting such as the view that can be admired from the terrace of the Vinsantaia. My every sense has been satisfied. Experience to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited 2 winery while in Tuscany and this was our favorite (Antinori was the other). This was the real deal old school winery we felt we were in Tuscany 300 years ago; while Antinori was super modern and fancy. We learned so much about wine making and the history of the wine. Our guide was very knowledgeable and caring about our interest. The food for lunch was very very good and fresh. The wine was excellent; we purchased one bottle to save for 20 years and open on our 50 year anniversary.
