★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Settefaccende sisters, Manuela and Tiziana, represent the very worst kind of real estate agents I have ever come across in thirty years. I live in Ferrara and they set up an appointment for me to view a property owned by Walter Caporizzo in Orte. A 700km round trip and €300 in expenses wasted (I never saw the flat) when Caporizzo "lost" the keys to his property and the Settefaccende sisters denied all sense of responsibility and insulted me into the bargain. This is not a professional business. La Villetta is two women pretending to be real estate professionals in a town that already has too many agencies. EVITARE is my advice. I have always held estate agents in very low esteem but the Settefaccende sisters are the worst I have ever encountered.
