★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sistemazione è veramente bella. La camera e il bagno di pertinenza erano molto grandi e puliti. Il parco poi è ben tenuto. Per chi va la prima volta non è facile individuare il cancello di ingresso.
The accommodation is really beautiful. The room and the bathroom were very large and clean. The park is then well maintained. For those who go the first time it is not easy to identify the entrance gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto davvero incredibile appena fuori le mura di Sansepolcro...questa villa offre una esperienza unica in questo angolo di paradiso in Toscana....una vera villa,in tutto e per tutto che offre un'esperienza unica,dormire una o più notti in una atmosfera regale e di lusso nonostante un prezzo davvero contenuto rispetto l'offerta.... nonostante la recente ristrutturazione la villa mantiene il suo fascino originale grazie ad una attenta ricostruzione dei dettagli che lascia intatta
la sua bellezza nonostante la renda un posto moderno e confortevole...
Camere molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata,riscaldamento zonale,ecc..) con arredamento in stile e letti molto comodi,bagno personale nuovissimo con biancheria presente. Colazione compresa al mattino con caffè e brioches.
Posto davvero strategico per visitare questo meraviglioso borgo antico. Consigliatissimo.

Very spacious rooms equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, zonal heating, etc.) with stylish furniture and very comfortable beds, brand new personal bathroom with linen present. Breakfast included in the morning with coffee and croissants.
A truly strategic place to visit this wonderful ancient village. Highly recommended.
