Sono Stracontenta!!! colore perfetto e taglio ancor di più ! bravissime a dare consigli !! Complimenti a tutte, ci rivedremo sicuramente ! Dopo una lunga discussione con la parrucchiera in cui è trapelata tutta la sua arroganza e presunzione finalmente ha iniziato a tagliarmi i capelli. Non solo il suo comportamento non era per nulla professionale ma tantomeno il taglio che ha eseguito in quanto mi sono ritrovata con il ciuffo storto e con dei capelli talmente corti da essere ingestibili. Per quanto riguarda la sua risposta ancora una volta dimostra presunzione e arroganza in quanto io non ho usufruito di nessun Groupon ma ho pagato interamente il taglio. Mi starà confondendo con un altra cliente. Le consiglio di ridimensionare il suo comportamento nei confronti delle critiche e soprattutto dei nuovi clienti. Il miok commento non è un vendicarsi è semplicemente un voler spiegare come mi sono trovata, se il mio giudizio conta poco allora perché questa maleducazione e questo astio nella sua risposta? I advise you to downsize your behavior towards criticism and especially new customers. My comment is not a revenge is simply a want to explain how I found myself, if my judgment matters little then why this rudeness and this hatred in his answer?

Affermando che avrei dovuto pagare di più... Per farla breve... dopo una discussione sono uscita senza la prestazione pur avendo già pagato.... Io li definirei truffatori.. Ah ci tengo a specificare che nel Pacchetto Groupon viene specificato tinta colore e taglio nulla riguardo la lunghezza dei capelli.. Chiaramente Groupon mi ha dato ragione e mi ha rimborsato... Ma non vi dico che delusione..e che nervi!!! Come se 50 € anche in offerta fossero pochi.. Mha!! questo salone è da evitare e sopratutto se acquistate un coupon prendete un appuntamento da un'altra parte!!!... alla proprietaria che risponde che io sono una truffatrice... Che coraggio!! Dovrebbe non acquisire clienti con Groupon se pensa di non guadagnarci.. E per di più Strattonare le clienti fuori alla porta... Deve ringraziare che ho dato un calcio alla porta che mi ha sbattuto in faccia...facendomi quasi cadere... E che non abbia chiamato i carabinieri... Veramente pietosi...
