We tasted various fried, crunchy and delicate decomposed courgette flower. The pizza is cooked to perfection soft and fluffy crust and baked in the center. Unfortunately I have had an unpleasant experience with the service. The first time I was there I had a slight discomfort with the "forced speed" of the waiter who immediately wanted to push us to order, without giving us time to choose. Today, however, not only the usual pressure, but the waiter brings a different beer to the one ordered and when I point it out he doesn't want to accept that he was wrong. He brings me the other beer and puts them both into account, when I point out that it's not fair, he replies that having left the first beer on the table and having partly drunk it, it was right that I paid for it. When I point out that for bon ton he would still have had to leave the beer or otherwise throw it away and that if he had wanted to make me pay for the second I would have kept the first (even if the mistake was not mine), he apologizes and has the price of the beer removed. second beer. Very rarely have I tasted better pizza than theirs. For my personal taste the decomposed courgette flower (pleasant in presentation and taste) does not exceed the Roman classic.
