La struttura è moderna e molto spaziosa e si trova immersa nel verde. lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e la simpatia del direttore è qualcosa di unico. si organizzano molte attività ricreative e di intrattenimento per gli anziani ospiti. 5 stelle meritatissime La Venere is a retirement home for the elderly near Naples in the Vesuvian villages. The structure is modern and very spacious and is surrounded by greenery. the staff is very kind and helpful and the manager's sympathy is something unique. many recreational and entertainment activities are organized for elderly guests. 5 stars well deserved

Gli anziani sono trattati con amore e rispetto e per loro sono organizzate diverse attività di intrattenimento. Io penso che sia un ' ottima struttura e mi sento di consigliarla. I had a direct experience with this structure and I must say that it is a 5-star hotel. The structure is brand new, the interiors treated in detail. The elderly are treated with love and respect and different entertainment activities are organized for them. I think it's a great structure and I would recommend it.

Personale ho avuto modo di conoscere una sola persona, anche cordiale, ma alla fine ho trovato mio suocero abbandonato a se stesso, senza nessuno con cui parlare, l'unica persona nella sua stanza, freddissima e senza televisore, era un signore sulla cinquantina con problemi mentali a detta loro "tranquilla". Cibo pessimo, tutto molto scadente e neanche la possibilità di prendere un caffè. Tutto rigorosamente a nero. Dopo l ennesima sofferenza ha di nuovo vinto lei...Stamattina l ho ritrovata ancora più energica e sorridente pronta con le braccia aperte a dispensare baci e abbracci ... Un forte ringraziamento per le cure continue alla" La Venere Casa di Riposo" hanno preso in cura mia nonna in un momento e periodo particolare facendola rinascere . Un ringraziamento speciale alla dott Concetta il direttore De luca con le collaboratrici per le cure e attenzioni per i video mattutini ,pomeridiani e serali con le dovute videochiamate,vista l emergenza, che tutti i giorni senza stancarsi mai inviano. La nostra premura e priorità era quello di affidare la nostra cara Antonietta a persone valide professionalmente ma soprattutto di cuore e vi posso dire di aver trovato tutto ciò in questa meravigliosa oasi di pace e tranquillità. Il direttore assieme a sua moglie ci hanno sempre sostenuto nei momenti più difficili prestando attenzione alle nostre richieste e sostenendoci anche nelle nostre paure di chi come noi, si trova nella prima volta ad affrontare una nuova fase della vita. La struttura è moderna , pulita ed é supportata da persona qualificato e molto umano. Non rimpiango nessun giorno in cui non potevo esserle accanto perchè mia zia era nelle mani giuste, nelle mani di chi cura queste care persone come se fossero i loro genitori. Vi auguro tutto il bene di questo mondo e vi consiglio vivamente di affidarvi a loro. Con affetto. Vittoria I am telling you about my experience which, albeit brief, was very intense. Our concern and priority was to entrust our dear Antonietta to professionally valid people but above all from the heart and I can tell you that I have found all this in this wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility. The director and his wife have always supported us in the most difficult moments by paying attention to our requests and also supporting us in our fears of those who, like us, find themselves facing a new phase of life for the first time. The structure is modern, clean and is supported by a qualified and very human person. I do not regret any day when I could not be near her because my aunt was in the right hands, in the hands of those who care for these dear people as if they were their parents. La comunità tutelare per anziani non autosufficienti é dotata di videosorveglianza per la massima trasparenza. Mia nonna viene assistita in modo eccellente sono molto soddisfatta, la consiglio vivamente. Excellent structure with qualified, specialized and loving staff.
