a	adriana rambone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo questo stabilimento per la pulizia e la tranquillità, ma ieri la sig.ra alla reception ha proprio innervosito. Siamo arrivati in 4 alle 17.00 , ho chiesto 2 lettini 2 sdraio, mi ha fatto pagare le sdraio più dei lettini. Ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi ha detto che i lettini erano in primo. Naturalmente non era scritto da nessuna parte. Non è per i pochi euro pagati in piu , ma sei sono antipatica alla cassiera, senza nessuna ragione ovviamente, preferisco non andare più.? I love this establishment for its cleanliness and tranquility, but yesterday the lady at the reception got really nervous. We arrived in 4 at 5pm, I asked for 2 sunbeds 2 chairs, he charged me for the chairs more than the sunbeds. I asked for an explanation, he told me that the sunbeds were on first. Of course it wasn't written anywhere. It is not for the few euros paid more, but you are unpleasant to the cashier, for no reason of course, I prefer not to go anymore.

Spazioso, e accogliente. Ottimo il ristorante, stasera pinza!! Ve lo consiglio ?? Thanks! ?????????? I know several establishments in Ostia, I had never been to La Vela .... it is a place both for children and for families with children. Spacious, and welcoming. Excellent restaurant, pinza tonight !! I recommend it ??

E mi attacca il telefono in faccia. Quindi che dire.. sicuramente una persona in più al botteghino magari sarebbe stata meglio.. maleducazione e qualunquismo di sicuro avete perso 2 clienti!perso 2 clienti I called to get information on the availability of 2 sunbeds and an umbrella and the lady on the phone answers me (textual): "no if I don't have time to stay on the phone for the information I have people." And the phone sticks in my face. So what about .. surely one more person at the box office maybe it would have been better .. rudeness and indifference for sure you have lost 2 customers! Apprezzatissima la biblio beach❤, il chioschetto in spiaggia e buona anche la ristorazione! Very well-kept, clean establishment with a large beach and adequately spaced umbrellas, which allow total relaxation. The biblio beach❤, the kiosk on the beach and the restaurant are also very popular!

Per non parlare della cucina...semplice e gustosa! Bellissima anche la musica! Consigliato!! Roseto ... for me it means going to the La Vela establishment! Kindness and availability are the main features !! Not to mention the cuisine ... simple and tasty! The music is also beautiful! Recommended!!
