Capitiamo nel giorno della sagra del carciofo e ci viene proposto il menù fisso a 35€, tra l'altro unica scelta del giorno. Antipasto con carciofi e verdure varie e tortino con burrata è rustico ma saporito. Il primo con guanciale, carciofo e pachino confit è speciale e riempie sia palato che pancia. Il maialino porchettato rimane molto grasso, i carciofi di accompagnamento sono buonissimi, arrosto, fritti e alla giudia. I dolci sono fatti in casa, si sente e ci fanno terminare il pranzo in bellezza. Consigliato, servizio simpatico e allegro.
We go recommended by a friend, the location is a bit remote, you have to get there on purpose. We happen on the day of the artichoke festival and we are offered the fixed menu at € 35, among other things the only choice of the day. Appetizer with artichokes and various vegetables and pie with burrata is rustic but tasty. The first with bacon, artichoke and confit cherry tomatoes is special and fills both the palate and the stomach. The suckling pig remains very fatty, the accompanying artichokes are very good, roasted, fried and alla giudia. The desserts are homemade, you can hear them and make us finish the lunch with a flourish. Recommended, nice and cheerful service.
