★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is good but not more, the service was to slow when you are hungry...We waited an hour and a 15 minutes for the pizza, luckily we ordered bruschettas which arrived immediately. They told us there were some problems in the kitchen. Then they offered an amaro after dinner. I still give them 4 star for position and attention from staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt I was robbed at this place and treated in a very disrespectful manner. They charged us €2 per person as "coperta", the Italiano couvert. Even though this is common practice in restaurants in Italy, they normally offer bread, olive oil, small plates, etc. For you to nibble while you wait for your food.
At Vecchia Napoli they don't offer any of that and still charged us the €2 coperta per person.
I spoke to a man who I suppose was the owner (with white/grey hair) and asked him why we were being charged for the coperta. He took my napkin from the table and said in a rude manner "it's to pay for the laundry to wash this".
So this was the customer service experience. Food-wise, it's nothing special either. There are loads of better pizzerias in Termoli, Just Google and check reviews and you'll find them.
I won't definitely be returning here.
