P	Petrus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makarony dobre, pizza ok choć jadłem lepsze, cenowo z karty zapowiadało się ok niestety skończyło się gorzej, głównie ze względu na nieporozumienie językowe... Z jednej dużej pizzy zrobiły się 3 i z teoretycznie darmowego deseru zrobiła się extra pozycja... Z planowanych 35 € było 50€. Knajpa typowo pod miejscowego. Owoców morza raczej nie polecam. Good pasta, ok pizza though I ate better, the price of the card promised to be ok. Unfortunately it ended up worse, mainly due to a misunderstanding of languages ... From one large pizza made up 3 and the theoretically free dessert has made an extra position ... From the planned 35 € was 50 €. The pub is typically under the local. I do not recommend seafood.

Ein echt italienisches Erlebnis mit fantastischem Essen, gutem Wein und hingebungsvollem Service. Echt italienisch, echt gut und darüber hinaus wahnsinnig preiswert. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die ganze Familie in diesem Restaurant arbeitet und hinter ihm steht. Ein absolutes Must-Have in Avola mit typisch karierten Tischdecken, grellem Licht und keinem Wort Englisch. Our so far by far the best meal in the category home cooking in Sicily. A real Italian experience with fantastic food, good wine and devoted service. Really Italian, really good and, moreover, incredibly inexpensive. You get the feeling that the whole family works in this restaurant and stands behind it. An absolute must-have in Avola with typical checkered tablecloths, bright lights and not a word of English.

La prima abbiamo preso il menù di pesce: era tutto buonissimo, il pesce fresco e le porzioni abbondanti. La seconda sera abbiamo provato il menù di carne, e anche questo era strepitoso: si vede che tutto è preparato con amore e il lavoro è fatto con passione. In particolare la ricotta e le mozzarelle preparate artigianalmente da loro erano sublimi. I prezzi sono veramente contenuti, e il locale è arredato con pezzi storici della tradizione, con foto del passato. Per non parlare poi dell’accoglienza: il proprietario è una persona veramente fantastica, insieme a tutto il suo staff, gentili e super accoglienti. Si respira aria di casa in questo posto, e sicuramente ci torneremo ancora. Consigliatissimo! The real Sicilian cuisine of the past. My husband and I dined at this venue for two evenings. The first we took the fish menu: it was all very good, fresh fish and generous portions. The second evening we tried the meat menu, and this too was amazing: you can see that everything is prepared with love and the work is done with passion. In particular, the ricotta and mozzarella handcrafted by them were sublime. The prices are really low, and the place is furnished with historical pieces of the tradition, with photos of the past. Not to mention the welcome: the owner is a truly fantastic person, together with all his staff, kind and super welcoming. There is an air of home in this place, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Da ritornarci sicuramente! Unexpected. Really high quality, excellent rural cuisine, at the levels of a high-level farmhouse. Prices much more than fair. Definitely to go back!

Tipica cucina casereccia siciliana, il menù comprende pizze, un menù fisso di carne (con antipasti, un primo a scelta ed un secondo a scelta) a 20€ a persona ed un menù fisso di pesce (con antipasti, un primo a scelta ed un secondo a scelta, vino, acqua, pane e caffè) a 25€ a persona. UPDATE: dopo un paio d'ore dal pranzo, il mio compagno ha avuto sintomi da intossicazione alimentare ed è stato male (la causa è stata sicuramente quello che ha mangiato a pranzo, poiché non ha mangiato nient'altro dopo e dato che ha iniziato ad avere un leggero fastidio già dopo aver finito di mangiare l'antipasto di pesce). Io ho assaggiato tutto quello che ha mangiato lui, tranne l'antipasto (composto da cozze gratinate, cocktail di gamberi e polpo) e non ho avuto problemi. Very welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. The dishes are abundant and tasty. Typical Sicilian home cooking, the menu includes pizzas, a fixed meat menu (with appetizers, a first choice and a second choice) for 20 € per person and a fixed fish menu (with appetizers, a first choice and a second course of your choice, wine, water, bread and coffee) for € 25 per person. UPDATE: After a couple of hours from lunch, my partner had food poisoning symptoms and was sick (the cause was definitely what he ate for lunch, as he ate nothing else after and since he started to have a slight discomfort already after having finished eating the fish appetizer). I tasted everything he ate, except the appetizer (consisting of mussels au gratin, shrimp cocktail and octopus) and I had no problems.
