★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me in questo caseificio trovi la mozzarella più buona della zona , in più aggiungi la cortesia e la gentilezza di tutti coloro che ci lavorano e crei così un connubio perfetto. Provate anche le torte fatte con ricotta e poca panna con base di biscotto e ricoperta di cioccolato fuso oppure di crema al pistacchio o ai frutti di bosco.
In my opinion, in this dairy you will find the best mozzarella in the area, plus you add the courtesy and kindness of all those who work there and thus create a perfect combination. Also try the cakes made with ricotta and a little cream with a biscuit base and covered with melted chocolate or pistachio cream or berries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei migliori caseifici in zona. Tutte le volte che ho la possibilità di venire a Cava ci passo sempre per prendere le mozzarelle di bufala. Ottima la ricotta. La provola affumicata è eccezionale. Il personale è gentile e sempre molto disponibile.
One of the best dairies in the area. Whenever I have the opportunity to come to Cava I always go there to get buffalo mozzarella. The ricotta is excellent. The smoked provola is exceptional. The staff are friendly and always very helpful.
