Abbiamo così non solo assaporato i veri sapori dell'Umbria, ma avuto l'occasione di conoscere la proprietaria, Ascensina, una persona genuina, gentilissima e soprattutto disponibile!
Ci ha intrattenuto raccontandoci aneddoti e curiosità su Amelia e sul suo famoso compaesano Mario, meglio conosciuto come Terence Hill!
I prodotti della sua bottega sono di ottima qualità e la loro bontà é garantita anche dall'amore di Ascensina per la sua terra e per quello che offre.
Sicuramente uno di quei posti da ritornare e da consigliare assolutamente !
Being at Amelia, during our motorcycle tour, we stopped at this wonderful shop, attracted by a counter with fresh local products and an inviting scent.
So we have not only tasted the true flavors of Umbria, but had the opportunity to meet the owner, Ascensina, a genuine person, very kind and above all available!
He entertained us telling us anecdotes and curiosities about Amelia and her famous fellow countryman Mario, better known as Terence Hill!
The products of his workshop are of excellent quality and their goodness is also guaranteed by the love of Ascensina for its land and for what it offers.
Definitely one of those places to come back to and absolutely to recommend!

Oggi ho mangiato una delle più buone fette di pane con prosciutto e pecorino mai assaggiate.
Il prosciutto mi ha fatto commuovere volevo girare e comprarne uno intero.
Se torno ad Amelia tappa fissa e luogo di pellegrinaggio.
Very kind lady and very nice and assorted place.
Today I ate one of the best slices of bread with ham and pecorino ever tasted.
The ham made me move I wanted to go around and buy a whole one.
If I go back to Amelia a fixed stop and place of pilgrimage.
