Camerieri che non hanno ben compreso il loro ruolo ma nel complesso pranzo molto piacevole We went back to this cute little place. Comfortable interior room. Very affordable prices. Very good dishes. Waiters who didn't quite understand their role but overall very pleasant lunch

Zero cura del cliente e soprattutto risposte inadeguate, soprattutto dalla cassa. Peccato perché ovviamente per la qualità avrebbe di più. Ma se si parla di servizio ho trovato molto inopportuno che mi si consegnasse lo scontrino prima di aver finito la mia consumazione o senza averlo richiesto. Un altro esempio i camerieri non sono informati dello stesso scontrino rilasciato, visto che alla cassa hanno richiesto il suddetto senza Sapere la consumazione del cliente. Nel complesso è un buon bar ma con il servizio in sala che è molto calato. Known for years. It's a shame as it was a great venue at the time. The food cannot be faulted. But when it comes to service, I found it very inappropriate to give me the receipt before having finished my drink or without having requested it. Another example, the waiters are not informed of the same receipt issued, since at the cashier they requested the aforementioned without knowing the customer's drink. Overall it's a good bar but with the room service that is it very dropped.

Ci siamo andati per un aperitivo e devo dire che lo sprits era buono, una giusta proporzione tra gli "ingredienti" con il quale ci hanno portato un "buffet" assortito con paninetti, tartine e cornettini salati veramente buoni, vasto assortimento di dolci e bignè ottimi. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo Nice and well-finished place, very quiet. We went there for an aperitif and I must say that the sprits was good, a right proportion of the "ingredients" with which they brought us an assorted "buffet" with really good sandwiches, canapes and savory croissants, a vast assortment of desserts and cream puffs excellent. Right value for money

Usual attitude in dealing with customers of Tornatora's (service) personnel spoiled a bit what was a good experience. Sorry... ☹
s	shady straz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go here everytime we visit Rome. It is our No.1 place for a good breakfast, and coffee... It is priced next to nothing, yet the quality of the pastries and coffee are outstanding. Makes Costa, Starbucks and Greggs look like plastic rubbish.... If only they could open a shop in the UK, Got 2 pastries, and 2 coffees for the small price of €4.20. That is €2.10 each. You cannot get a decent small coffee in England for £2, let alone a coffee and a pastry... Next time we visit, we are surely coming back for another delicious breakfast...
