★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai da anni sono loro cliente. Il mio cane che è sempre molto irritabile solo con loro riesce a farsi far tutto senza far storie. Amore e dedizione verso il loro lavoro li fanno senza dubbio i migliori toelettatori e amici dei nostri cuccioli.
I have been their customer for years now. My dog who is always very irritable only with them manages to get everything done without making a fuss. Love and dedication to their work undoubtedly make them the best groomers and friends of our puppies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogante e presuntuoso, Sono arrivato con 15 min di ritardo e non mi ha dato il tempo ne di giustificare e scusarmi ne di chiedere se facevo ancora in tempo considerando che di fatto era colpa mia. Sulla posta appena aperta mi ha detto che aspettava da 20 minuti e che chiudendo tra 40 minuti non faceva in tempo. I modi sono stati estremamente sgarbati, non ero ne suo amico ne parente, il rispetto e' una qualita rara e il proprietario e' la massima espressione della maleducazione ed ignoranza.
Arrogant and presumptuous, I arrived 15 minutes late and did not give me the time to justify and apologize or to ask if I still had time considering that in fact it was my fault. On the newly opened post he told me that he had been waiting for 20 minutes and that closing in 40 minutes was not on time. The manners were extremely rude, I was neither his friend nor relative, respect is a rare quality and the owner is the maximum expression of rudeness and ignorance.

Fanno sempre un ottimo lavoro. Mi piace anche il fatto che il giorno prima ti ricordano con un messaggio il giorno e l'orario dell'appuntamento.

Courteous and professional staff, always affectionate with your 4-legged friend, who receive them with a smile, really good. I take my Jackina and when she goes out she is never stressed. They always do a great job. I also like the fact that the day before they remind you of the day and time of the appointment with a message.
