D	Dario Lalli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "la terrazza" è disponibile solo per alcune stanze nel primo piano. Pulizia sufficiente, spazi esigui, ascensore arriva al piano. "the terrace" is only available for some rooms on the first floor. Sufficient cleaning, small spaces, lift arrives on the floor.

Gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente. Comfortable and very clean apartment. Great location to reach on foot from the station and how the departure of beautiful walks towards the center. very polite and helpful Manager. I highly recommend.
S	Silvio Paschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo monolocale, ben arredato e collocato in una pozione assolutamente strategica a Spoleto: benché nel cuore della città consente di essere raggiunto in automobile e di parcheggiarvela, è a distanza pedonale dalla stazione ferroviaria, a pochi minuti a piedi ovvero sfruttando i nuovi sistemi meccanizzati della città (tapis roulant, scale mobili) da tutti i suoi gioielli architettonici. Proprietari molto cortesi, collaborativi e organizzati ad assistere gli ospiti. Beautiful studio apartment, well furnished and located in an absolutely strategic position in Spoleto: although in the heart of the city it allows you to reach it by car and park it, it is at a pedestrian distance from the train station, a few minutes on foot or using the new mechanized systems of the city (moving walkway, escalator) from all its architectural jewels. Owners very courteous, collaborative and organized to assist guests.
C	Céline Lussier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il devrait y avoir un meilleur système de récupération de clés car nous avons attendu 45 minutes que la dame arrive et ne parlait que très peu anglais. Stationnement un peu loin mais seulement 5 euros par 24 heures. La terrasse est extraordinaire et offre une vue de la piazza ainsi que la ville qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Malgré les fenêtres donnant sur la piazza et la cathédrale, très silencieux la nuit. Dommage que dame nature n'ait pas été au rendez vous. There should be a better key recovery system because we waited 45 minutes for the lady to arrive and speak very little English. Parking a bit far but only 5 euros per 24 hours. The terrace is amazing and offers a view of the piazza as well as the city that is worth visiting. Despite the windows overlooking the piazza and the cathedral, very quiet at night. Too bad that Mother Nature was not at the rendezvous.

Mi aspettavo un terrazzino come quello in foto...Che esiste, ma non lo hanno tutti gli appartamenti. Molto cordiali i proprietari Super-equipped apartment with brand new equipment. Good location and above all accessible by car. The only flaw? I was expecting a small terrace like the one in the picture ... That exists, but not all the apartments have it. Very friendly owners
