★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi siete neppure degnati di indicare sui vari siti dove pubblicizzate il negozio che eravate in ferie da metà Agosto all'11 Settembre. In questo modo avete creato un grave disagio a tutti i genitori che hanno i figli che frequentano i Lupetti e che avevano la Comunione la prima decade di Settembre. Tra Roma e Latina ci sono solo 2 negozi (compreso il vostro) che vendono articoli x Lupetti, e credo che quando si ha questo tipo di monopolio sul mercato bisognerebbe offrire un servizio migliore ai clienti, anche in relazione alle attività agesci importanti (comunioni e cresime).
Oggi, dopo un viaggio di 40km vedo le serrande chiuse e il cartello che siete in ferie.... non potevate comunicarlo su piattaforme tipo questa? ....E invece no, risultate aperti..... ottimo! Complimenti!
You did not even deign to indicate on the various sites where you advertise the shop that you were on vacation from mid-August to 11th September. In this way you have created a serious inconvenience to all parents who have children who attend the Lupetti and who had Communion the first ten days of September. Between Rome and Latina there are only 2 shops (including yours) that sell items for Lupetti, and I believe that when you have this type of monopoly on the market you should offer a better service to customers, also in relation to important age-related activities (communions and confirmations).
Today, after a 40km journey I see the shutters closed and the sign that you are on vacation .... couldn't you communicate it on platforms like this? .... But no, you are open ..... excellent! Well done!
