Oltre a tutto questo, mi hanno chiesto un prezzo ASSURDO, decisamente troppo per delle scansioni in digitale. Sinceramente, non mi vedranno più. Ho fatto l'errore di non chiedere un preventivo e mi sono ritrovato a pafare 20 centesimi a facciata. Un prezzo esorbitante e fuori mercato. Capisco la crisi ma speculare così sulle scadenze delle persone per guadagnare qualche euro in più lo trovo poco dignitoso. Bad experience. Ad una persona a me cara servivano delle copie di un documento con rilegatura, per una tesi di fine anno. Non è stato specificato "fronte retro", ma nemmeno è stata fatta richiesta di lasciare in bianco metà del foglio. Di fronte ad una distrazione di questo tipo, all'ordine del giorno, è DOVERE di una copisteria che si rispetti CHIEDERE, per evitare disguidi. Invece la proprietaria ha deciso di stampare il documento solo da un lato, sostenendo con immensa scortesia che nessuno le avesse detto di fare diversamente. Ottimo modo di fregare del denaro, ma altrettanto ottimo modo di perdere clienti. Per di più siamo stati invitati a pagare ed andarcene con un "Mi lasci i 28 euro e se ne vada, tra due minuti chiudo". La vergogna del centro di Alessandria, non siamo mai stati trattati in modo così brutto. Sconsigliatissimo. La qualità è buona, il personale è serio e il prezzo nella norma (3 copie a colori, solo fronte, con copertina classica sono costate 100€). I had three copies of my graduation thesis printed. They were ready after three days. The quality is good, the staff is serious and the price is normal (3 color copies, front only, with classic cover cost € 100).
