Rapporto qualità prezzo molto soddisfacente! Cozy location, as well as the staff. Excellent and special foods. Don't miss the stale bread with crusco pepper and the divine spoon dessert! Very satisfactory value for money!
E	Enritab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti in Basilicata. Lo frequentavo spesso appena lo aprirono negli anni '90. Adesso è cambiata gestione, credo, ma la qualità è sempre ottima. Cucina tradizionale lucana, quella che una volta era della povera gente. Adoro l'acqua sala, una zuppa di pane raffermo, che qui offrono tra gli antipasti, ma che potrebbe essere senz'altro un primo piatto. Eccezionali i ferretti (fusilli) col sugo di pezzente. Peccato per la poca disponibilità delle "stozze" (biscotti tipici da consumare a fine pasto col bicchiere della staffa) e, soprattutto, per il servizio molto ma molto lento. Proprio la lentezza del servizio non mi consente una valutazione da 5 stelle. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Basilicata. I frequented it often as soon as it opened in the 90s. Now management has changed, I think, but the quality is always excellent. Traditional Lucanian cuisine, what once belonged to the poor people. I love the acqua sala, a soup of stale bread, which they offer here as an appetizer, but which could certainly be a first course. The ferretti (fusilli) with beggar sauce are exceptional. Too bad for the limited availability of "stozze" (typical biscuits to be consumed at the end of the meal with the glass of the stirrup) and, above all, for the very, very slow service. Just the slowness of the service does not allow me a 5-star rating.

La gentilezza e la cortesia dimostrate da tutto lo staff sono state superate solo dalle portate come le Tapas, specialitá del posto e dalla pasta con il ragù del pezzente. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Really spectacular, we had dinner in the restaurant and the owner asked us for the Green Pass. The kindness and courtesy shown by all the staff were surpassed only by the courses such as Tapas, local specialties and by the pasta with ragù del beggar. I will definitely be back.

Si possono trovare piatti tipici lucani e non solo, infatti molto caratteristiche sono le tapas (piatto tipico spagnolo) rivisitate. Vi consiglio di assaggiarle come antipasto e non ve ne pentirete. Ottimo vino della casa. Il locale dispone anche di birre artigianali. Personale gentile e disponibile. Hanno richiesto e controllato il green pass all'entrata. Qualità-prezzo adeguata. Consigliato! Local a stone's throw from the Castle of Lagopesole. You can find typical Lucanian dishes and more, in fact very characteristic are the tapas (typical Spanish dish) revisited. I recommend you try them as an appetizer and you will not regret it. Excellent house wine. The restaurant also has craft beers. Friendly and helpful staff. They requested and checked the green pass at the entrance. Adequate price-quality. Recommended!

Un tocco di eleganza aggiunto ad una tradizione già ricca di sapori intensi. Il menú va provato da cima a fondo perchè ogni piatto puó sorprendere. Come il maiale con i peperoni, mandorle tostate e riduzione di aglianico: semplicemente divino! E il dolce? Una creazione unica al peperone crusco, degna non solo di essere gustata come fine cena, ma anche da sola in qualsiasi momento. Siete incredibili! A wonderful evening at the foot of the castle. The typically Lucanian taste of traditional dishes revisited by the chef of "La Tavena". A touch of elegance added to a tradition already rich in intense flavors. The menu must be tried from top to bottom because every dish can surprise you. Like pork with peppers, toasted almonds and Aglianico reduction: simply divine! And the dessert? A unique creation with crusco pepper, worthy not only to be enjoyed as a dessert, but also on its own at any time. You're amazing!
