β β β β β 100% recommend La Taverna! We are Irish and over for our holidays! We highly recommend this restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly and are great craic! The food especially the meat and wine was the best we have had In Italy! We have already been to this restaurant twice and plan on going again before we leave! Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome and for the amazing service

β β β β β If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Being from the USA, I've had my fair share of [good] steaks. I've had plenty of what I thought (up until now) were "EXCELLENT" steaks (and paid a pretty penny for them in the process). Simply said, La Taverna Del Vicolo put them all to shame! This was hands down the best most mouth watering and full of flavor steak I've ever eaten and I'm sure nothing will ever top it. And the way they bring it out to you is something truly special and amazing to experience! Absolutely wonderful. Words cannot describe how epic the meat is here!

β β β β β Loved the food, we had some amazing mozzarella and ham followed by a t-bone steak for 2 on a sizzling plate. However I thought it was quite pricey because the t-bone steak for 2 cost us 60β¬. I am not sure whether that's normal but seemed very pricey to me.

β β β β β We had the best experience in Rome by far. After eating for three days only in touristic traps with average food and mediocre service, la taverna del vicolo was a truly magical place. I am happy I had the chance to enjoy their absolutely delicious grill specialities, everything is fresh, prepared right in front of you. The stuff was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. This was the unique Italian experience I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations. Good job Taverna del Vicolo Roma, I might come back only to have another shot and enjoy one of your delicious dishes. Grazie Mille β₯οΈ PS: we were too hungry to take pictures of the main dish, but here is one with the desert, absolutely magnificent.

β β β β β I'm so sorry I can't share any photos, but believe me or not - I couldn't even think of pics while eating this mind-blowing meat feast. I am not a red meat enthusiast, but the steak there is simply fantastic. It melts in your month - so delicate and smooth. Moreover, serving the dish is an amazing performance. You have to see it! The owner and his team are caring, doing their best to make you feel like you are in a special place. Just go there - you won't regret one single euro spent there.
