★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area di sosta ricavata in un maneggio. A 500 Mt dal mare raggiungibile camminando per la strada che porta a San felice Circeo. Bagni quasi inesistenti, doccie fredde e molto spartane. Non esiste lavandino per i piatti ma solo un vecchio lavandino per i panni. Attenzione all'acqua, è piena di sabbia.
Rest area created in a riding school. At 500 meters from the sea, reachable by walking along the road that leads to San Felice Circeo. Almost non-existent bathrooms, cold and very spartan showers. There is no sink for dishes but only an old sink for clothes. Beware of the water, it is full of sand.

Situata all’interno di un antico maneggio, ampia, spaziosa e gestita da due persone eccezionali:
Agostino e Catello, sempre gentili e attenti a qualsiasi esigenza dei camperisti. Inoltre, la sera, spesso, hanno organizzato delle serate a tema, come quella dedicata alla cucina napoletana, o alla cucina indiana. All’interno dell’area si può usufruire (previa prenotazione) dei campi di padel e di un ristorante dove si balla e si canta. Grazie, ragazzi, grazie di tutto! Siamo stati veramente tanto bene e… torneremo prestissimo!
This year we discovered this wonderful rest area.
Located inside an old riding school, large, spacious and managed by two exceptional people:
Agostino and Catello, always kind and attentive to any needs of campers. In addition, in the evening they often organized themed evenings, such as the one dedicated to Neapolitan cuisine, or Indian cuisine. Inside the area you can use (by reservation) the padel courts and a restaurant where you can dance and sing. Thanks, guys, thanks for everything! We had a really good time and… we will be back very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch geschlossen, durften über Nacht mit Strom bleiben, der Schock am nächsten Tag, 25 Euro pro camper! Anfang März! Das Gelände ist komplett Wiese, sehr feucht, wirklich nett dort, aber der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt, vorallem nicht in der Nebensaison!
Still closed, were allowed to stay overnight with electricity, the shock the next day, 25 euros per camper! At the beginning of March! The terrain is completely meadow, very wet, really nice there, but the price is not justified, especially not in the off-season!

Very well-kept, quiet rest area and very kind and helpful managers, you can reach the sea via a cycle path so I highly recommend it! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere un'area di sosta camper é veramente attrezzata bene! Il proprietario e molto disponibile e attento ad ogni tua esigenza,le piazzole sono delimitate e con un bel manto erboso.
To be a camper parking area it is really well equipped! The owner is very helpful and attentive to your every need, the pitches are delimited and with a nice grassy surface.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to park your camper. Shady and big. Has water and electricity. There are also horse stables on the property. Only one bathroom and shower, but in the off-season it was not a problem. Very nice and kind owners.
